"Overall, my impression of this hotel is that it's a slightly upscale budget hotel. The service is four-star, and they offer shuttle service to and from the station. At around 400 yuan a night, it's considered high-end in Linfen. **Pros:** The service is excellent and highly commendable. The station shuttle service is very thoughtful, and the car was comfortable. The complimentary welcome fruit was a nice, warm touch. The separate toilet, sink, and shower area is a great feature. **Areas for Improvement:** The air conditioning was quite noisy. The 'river view' room didn't really offer much of a river view, though I could see a bridge. The breakfast quality should be improved to match the four-star service. For instance, the freshly squeezed soy milk was too thick, indicating too few soybeans were used, and the quality of the pastries needs to be better."

"Dated hotel, so generally not as clean. But the beds are clean enough and no bed bugs. Service was great from front desk and housekeeping. Our booking didn't come with breakfast but at check in, staff offered us complimentary breakfast vouchers for one morning. Location is great. There is laundry facility that offers washer/dryer combo machines. But 1/4 machines was broken and when it gets busy, you may not get to use it because some people leave their dirty laundry in the machines for 5+ hours."

"This hotel just opened in '26 and is very convenient for getting to both the train station and the airport. The room is quite spacious, the toilet flushes automatically, and the wet/dry separation is very practical. The breakfast is also plentiful. I'd suggest the hotel install a clothesline inside the shower area. That way, guests who wash their clothes would have a place to hang them, as the existing clothes rod in the room is meant for dirty clothes."

"The room was spotless and tidy, and the mattress and duvet were incredibly soft and comfortable. The shower quickly adjusted to the perfect temperature and had great water pressure. There was also an air purifier in the room, so no smoky smell at all. Breakfast was good too, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional."

"This is truly a great hotel, highly recommended! It's a new hotel with an excellent location, directly connected to a mall, which is very convenient. The room layout is fantastic, especially the bathroom, and there's even a separate vanity table with plenty of counter space, perfect for organizing your belongings. The hotel is clean and the overall service is great, particularly the front desk which is very responsive. The only minor drawback is the reception staff in the ground floor lobby; they could improve their service awareness, perhaps by proactively offering to help guests with their luggage. The 1.5-meter twin beds are ideal for families with older children."

"Facilities: Having a separate parking lot is very convenient, and they have robot room service. The rooms are also very spacious. Hygiene: Clean, and the bathroom was well-sanitized. Environment: The soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear a child crying in the next room. The breakfast was good though. Service: Warm and attentive."

"Our high-speed train arrived late and departed early, so staying here was incredibly convenient. We could see the hotel sign right from the high-speed rail station. You just follow the red pavement, cross the main road, and then turn right onto the hotel's street. When we checked in, there was a large group of retirees demanding free breakfast from the front desk, threatening to leave bad reviews if they didn't get it. We went out to grab some late-night food and they were still arguing, even making the young lady at the front desk cry. The next day, we walked past the front desk again and encountered two or more of them still yelling at passing staff. It was truly unbelievable; you shouldn't expect a 400-yuan experience from a 200-yuan hotel product. Our one-day trip to Linfen was great though – Hukou Waterfall, Lesser Western Heaven, and Guang Sheng Temple. It was a last-minute plan, and we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The front desk offered a lovely fruit platter upon check-in. The breakfast on the first basement level was absolutely delicious, with so many tasty handmade options. The room was clean, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. There's a convenient free parking lot in the hotel's backyard for guests. The lobby also features complimentary massage chairs and game consoles for guests, and you can play billiards and ping-pong on the first basement floor, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is very close to Gulou and Wanda Plaza, with plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Most importantly, the front desk service was excellent and thoughtful. I felt very comfortable during my stay."
