The room was clean, with a separate wet and dry area, and the bathtub was a nice touch for families with kids. The robot service was a big hit with the children. Service: The service could use some improvement, for example, helping with luggage when entering and leaving, providing children's bathrobes and toothbrushes in family rooms, and offering welcome fruits."

"This is a great, comfortable hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the location is good. I would definitely stay here again on any future trips to this city On important warning: be cautious and mindful if you use the electric outlets or USB charging ports adjacent to the bed(s). In my room the wiring was strange! The ”Master” light switch, in addition to turning off the lights, killed the power to all the outlets near the bed!!! So in the morning none of the devices (mobile phone, power packs etc had received any electricity all night long. What a nasty surprise! The remedy is to test carefully, or use other, more dependable outlets! The breakfast bar had an amble variety of food items. But strangely the only beverage at all was milk!"

"This stay exceeded my expectations. The hotel just opened this year, so everything is brand new and spotless. Both the public areas and the rooms are very comfortably designed. The service throughout was excellent; check-in at the front desk was efficient, and any requests were promptly handled. Breakfast was a delightful surprise with delicious dishes and fresh ingredients. The minibar was replenished daily, which was a great touch! I especially want to commend the bedding – the mattress was just right, not too soft or too firm, and the duvet and pillows were incredibly soft, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Overall, everything was outstanding and I highly recommend it to everyone."

"This is truly a great hotel, highly recommended! It's a new hotel with an excellent location, directly connected to a mall, which is very convenient. The room layout is fantastic, especially the bathroom, and there's even a separate vanity table with plenty of counter space, perfect for organizing your belongings. The hotel is clean and the overall service is great, particularly the front desk which is very responsive. The only minor drawback is the reception staff in the ground floor lobby; they could improve their service awareness, perhaps by proactively offering to help guests with their luggage. The 1.5-meter twin beds are ideal for families with older children."

It's also a short walk to numerous restaurants, with Yaodu Xiaoguan offering delicious dishes, and convenient access to local specialties like beef meatball noodles. 2. **Modern and Smart Room Amenities** The rooms are spacious and equipped with Xiao Du AI voice control for lighting and curtains. The bathroom features a dry-wet separation design, and the mattresses are known for their comfort. Thoughtful details include laundry detergent, a welcome fruit platter, and small snacks in the room, along with highly-rated toiletries. Overall, the soundproofing is good. 3. **Great Service and Attitude** The front desk staff are warm and enthusiastic, offering a complimentary upgrade to an executive room type. The room was bright and spacious, with children's slippers and amenities readily available. Service response times were quick, and complimentary herbal tea was offered in the lobby. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Xiaoxitian, Hukou Waterfall, and the museum in Linfen."

"The hotel was originally three old Qing Dynasty courtyards that were relocated, restored, and renovated. They offer guided tours, and the brick carvings and shadow walls of the academy have a strong sense of history, creating a rich historical atmosphere. The service was excellent; I experienced the business car airport pick-up, afternoon tea, and cocktails. I also tried the intangible cultural heritage woodblock New Year prints, which was a truly immersive way to experience local traditional culture – a rare treat! The game's silver notes could be exchanged for realistic replica silver notes, which was a pleasant surprise. In the evening, the old courtyard had a powerful ambiance, and I specifically got a makeover to take some amazing photos. Highly recommended, it was the highlight of my trip to Shanxi. The old Qing Dynasty kilns are now fully smart homes inside, making for a very comfortable stay. Ancient on the outside, luxurious on the inside, it truly provides an immersive experience of Jin merchant culture!"

"Our high-speed train arrived late and departed early, so staying here was incredibly convenient. We could see the hotel sign right from the high-speed rail station. You just follow the red pavement, cross the main road, and then turn right onto the hotel's street. When we checked in, there was a large group of retirees demanding free breakfast from the front desk, threatening to leave bad reviews if they didn't get it. We went out to grab some late-night food and they were still arguing, even making the young lady at the front desk cry. The next day, we walked past the front desk again and encountered two or more of them still yelling at passing staff. It was truly unbelievable; you shouldn't expect a 400-yuan experience from a 200-yuan hotel product. Our one-day trip to Linfen was great though – Hukou Waterfall, Lesser Western Heaven, and Guang Sheng Temple. It was a last-minute plan, and we were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The family room was much bigger than I expected, completely different from other hotels where they just cram two beds into one room. It felt like it used to be a suite that was converted, with two connecting rooms each having a large bed. This is perfect for families traveling with older children, as everyone gets their own space. Both rooms were very spacious, the overall decor felt quite high-end, and the cleanliness was also good. What was particularly thoughtful was that all the duvets were summer quilts – I've put up with thick duvets in other hotels for so long, so it's very considerate that this hotel thought of that. The only slight downside was that the room was at the very end of the hallway, and the hotel's layout is a bit odd; it takes a while to walk from the elevator, and dragging luggage along that path was a bit difficult. A nice touch, though, was that the hallway featured many small display cases showcasing Linfen's local culture, history, and intangible cultural heritage. This was great and made the long walk down the corridor less boring. The mini-bar in the room offered complimentary drinks, and breakfast was decent – enough to fill you up, and the local beef meatball noodles were good. Parking was convenient with an underground garage right next door. They also have a gym and a laundry room, so the facilities are good, and you can even order coffee on the first floor. The only minor issue was that the floor drain in the bathroom seemed to have a bit of an odor when we first entered, but flushing water down it fixed it right up. Hopefully, they can address that."

"The room was spotless and tidy, and the mattress and duvet were incredibly soft and comfortable. The shower quickly adjusted to the perfect temperature and had great water pressure. There was also an air purifier in the room, so no smoky smell at all. Breakfast was good too, and the front desk staff were friendly and professional."

"For a hotel during peak summer travel season, I was incredibly lucky to find such a great hotel for just over 100 yuan! I have to give it a thumbs up! ❤️❤️❤️ There's a big shopping mall nearby, making dining convenient, and the hotel is in the city center, so getting around is easy. ❤️ The cleanliness was also excellent. Highly recommended! I didn't take any pictures of the room, but I'll upload some photos from my outings. Linfen is truly a wonderful city! I'll definitely come back next time!"
