The hotel lobby is spacious and grand, with a giant leaf-shaped chandelier that's incredibly stylish and incorporates local ethnic characteristics. The marble floors are sparkling clean, giving the whole place a sophisticated and elegant feel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, efficiently handling my check-in and even proactively recommending local sightseeing routes. The buffet restaurant is clean and well-maintained, with a rich variety of breakfast options including pastries, hot dishes, and authentic local delicacies from Southeast Guizhou like Sour Soup Noodles. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. There's free parking for those driving, and it's very convenient for visiting attractions like Xijiang and Xiashi. The guest rooms are clean, quiet, and well-equipped. As a hotel under the Culture and Tourism brand, the quality is reliable, making for a worry-free and comfortable trip. I highly recommend staying here when visiting Kaili!"

"This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless, and it had a huge balcony with an amazing view. I thought the view might be obstructed when I booked, but it was even better than I imagined in person. The hotel also has its own observation deck with a panoramic view, perfect for sightseeing. The service was impeccable. The owner even helped us with our luggage, which made the experience even better! We were so busy with our travel photography that we almost missed check-out, but they even arranged for someone to deliver our luggage to our shooting location. The attention to detail was truly thoughtful. The food was excellent too. We had 'laoguo' (a local hotpot dish) at the hotel two nights in a row, and it was incredibly delicious and memorable. Even during a heavy rainstorm, my sleep wasn't disturbed at all; the room was soundproof, quiet, and comfortable. When we left, the owner even gave us a big red envelope, which was such a thoughtful gesture. This hotel exceeded all my expectations in every way, providing a complete and wonderful experience. Free pick-up and drop-off service from the North Gate to the hotel: Having a car to pick us up and drop us off was very convenient, they even picked us up at 11:30 PM. Everyone was super friendly and responsible, and the room was very clean. There's also a small convenience store downstairs."

"The Zhongrui Tianxi Hotel is located in the heart of Kaili, surrounded by numerous restaurants and shops, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. The hotel offers dedicated parking both above and underground, which is very handy. Upon entering the lobby, you're immediately greeted with a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere. Next to the front desk, there's a tea station and coffee machine with various herbal teas, along with a display cabinet offering afternoon tea items like fruits, cakes, and beverages, all complimentary for guests. The staff are exceptionally warm and enthusiastic, which is really heartwarming – truly living up to its highly-rated reputation. The room itself feels spacious and bright, with excellent facilities. Many thoughtful details stand out, such as dual bathrooms, disposable facial towels, disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, as well as alcohol wipes and shoe-shine cloths. These small touches really showcase the hotel staff's attentiveness and care. The room's cleanliness is impeccable, the soundproofing is excellent, and the bed is very comfortable. We stayed for two nights, and our whole family slept soundly. The hotel's breakfast is abundant and varied, with a good mix of meat and vegetarian options, and the taste is fantastic. The shrimp cakes, Ai Cao Baba (mugwort cakes), freshly baked bread, and beef rice noodles were particularly delicious. The hotel also offers complimentary lunch and late-night snacks. We didn't have lunch, but we enjoyed the late-night snacks twice, which included congee, small dishes, and rice noodles – very good! Upon check-out, they even gave us a bottle of sour soup base as a gift, which was incredibly thoughtful! Overall, it was a very satisfying stay, and I highly recommend this excellent value-for-money hotel to anyone planning a trip to Kaili or Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village. The hotel is 30 kilometers from Qianhu Miao Village, making it ideal for self-driving tourists who prefer not to stay in guesthouses within the scenic area. "Had a wonderful time at this accommodation, the staff (阳阳 and 粟某) were so friendly and attentive even before we arrived, coordinating everything we needed including helping us to charter a private car for our day trips! They even provide a free itinerary planning service and gave lots of great tips and recommendations throughout our stay, checking in on us even when we were out exploring and giving real time recommendations. The rooms were beautiful and well maintained, and breakfast was simple but very satisfying. Overall I highly recommend staying here when in Kaili!"

"Traveling with my elderly parents and young child to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village, I was worried about all the stairs. After searching online, I found this place which claimed to be right by the road with no uphill climbing. True to their word, the sightseeing bus drops you off directly at the entrance. The hostess was already waiting by the road, and she kindly helped us with our luggage. The guesthouse even has an elevator, making it completely hassle-free for seniors. We were also treated to complimentary afternoon tea and a refreshing mung bean soup in the evening. Our panorama room offered stunning views of the entire Miao village lit up at night – no need to jostle for space at the viewing platform, we could enjoy the spectacular night scenery right from our room."

"What made us really happy was that the hotel had a great selection of new Miao ethnic costumes available for guests to use for free. We took them to the scenic area and had a long, fun photoshoot there. **Facilities:** This hotel was our top choice after looking at several others, and its facilities are quite comprehensive. We saw that the hotel only opened last year, so everything is relatively new and very comfortable. **Hygiene:** The owner and staff personally inspect everything, and from the moment you walk in, you feel a warm welcome. The owner even made us tea. **Environment:** Parking was very convenient during our stay here. The owner also recommended some great places to eat, and the food truly was delicious. **Service:** They provided shuttle service throughout our stay, and they were incredibly warm and hospitable."

"I visited Xijiang during the Dragon Boat Festival. This inn is conveniently located not far from Xiaobei Gate, tucked away in an alley next to the museum. There aren't many stairs to climb, and it's very close to the main street. Both the hallways and the rooms in the inn looked very clean. Our room had a balcony, though unfortunately, the view was blocked by the building in front. However, the standard room had two 1.5-meter beds, which was perfect for a family stay. The owners of the inn were incredibly warm and hospitable. The owner even came to pick up our luggage when we arrived at Xiaobei Gate. The next day, I felt a bit shy asking him to drop us off again, so we just walked back to Xiaobei Gate ourselves. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."
