"Our local experience butler service was fantastic: the staff were warm and attentive, sending us information about local activities in advance, and helping with our luggage all the way to our room. The breakfast was also excellent, with many of the side dishes and ingredients being homemade. The decor and design are truly outstanding for Kaili, and the room's arrangements were very thoughtful. There are also various experiential activities available at the hotel. I've already recommended it to my friends, and if I go to Kaili again, I'll definitely stay here."

"Beautiful hotel, nice and spacious room, great location and excellent staff. The location is close to a park, the pedestrian street if you want street food and near a mall if you want some more upscale food options. Easy to find and get a taxi/didi to anywhere you need to go. Our room had a separate living room and 2 bathrooms, with good views of the city. We had a couple requests that the staff graciously accommodated. If we come back to Kaili, we will choose this hotel again!"

"Amazing hotel in a great location in Kaili center. Close to lots of food and bar options, as well as shopping. Also close to bus station. This hotel is very comfortable to stay at as a foreigner, they have many aspects similar to Western hotels that aren’t commonly found in China, like offering free ice, coffee, softer beds, etc. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are meticulously clean and have very modern amenities like automatic lights and a smart toilet. There’s also a balcony which is great to relax on. My only advice is that I had a bit of trouble finding the location, it would be good if they could give instructions on how to find the hotel."

"Decided to visit Guizhou for the Chinese New Year, so I booked this B&B early. The price was great, and all the accommodations on our Guizhou trip were fantastic. This particular B&B has an excellent location; it's just twenty or thirty steps down from the scenic viewpoint in the area. There's also a popular photo spot for travel photography right next to the house. We didn't have to get up too early the next morning, and since no one else was there, we spent half the day taking pictures. We only realized just before leaving that the guesthouse has its own viewpoint with amazing scenery. Our room was clean and tidy, and the view from the window was stunning. The owner was incredibly hospitable, helping us with our luggage, offering tangerines to our child, and even suggesting routes for us. When we came back late after taking photos one evening, I called the owner to ask for an extra pillow. He had just fallen asleep and was woken up, but he wasn't impatient at all. Many say that Qianjiang Miao Village is too commercialized, but exploring it at night, or early in the morning before the crowds arrive, and taking photos in Miao ethnic clothing is still quite enjoyable. The pictures below show the view from the guesthouse at night and in the morning."

"This stay was absolutely fantastic, I have to give it a full five-star review! The room was incredibly well-equipped, even with a washing machine and an iron, which made traveling so convenient. They even provided a Laifen hairdryer and SQUIRREL toothpaste for toiletries – the attention to detail was exceptional. The owner was super enthusiastic and attentive throughout my stay, even offering pick-up and drop-off services, so I didn't have to worry about transportation at all. The room was clean, tidy, and all the facilities were brand new, making for a truly comfortable stay. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely stay here again next time. Highly recommended!"

"Booked this place because I saw the photos from other reviews. It overlooks the beautiful bridge, river and the main entrance of the village. We can see the daily welcome ceremony right from the room's balcony. Absolutely perfect location! It is right in front of the bus drop off station. Just need to carry the luggage up the steps to the hotel. We visited during off peak session, beginning of November. The hotel's coffee place and restaurant are not open. But it is within walking distance to other eateries."

"What made us really happy was that the hotel had a great selection of new Miao ethnic costumes available for guests to use for free. We took them to the scenic area and had a long, fun photoshoot there. **Facilities:** This hotel was our top choice after looking at several others, and its facilities are quite comprehensive. We saw that the hotel only opened last year, so everything is relatively new and very comfortable. **Hygiene:** The owner and staff personally inspect everything, and from the moment you walk in, you feel a warm welcome. The owner even made us tea. **Environment:** Parking was very convenient during our stay here. The owner also recommended some great places to eat, and the food truly was delicious. **Service:** They provided shuttle service throughout our stay, and they were incredibly warm and hospitable."

"Facilities: Although it's an older hotel, it's very good overall. Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good. Environment: It's relatively quiet, and the location is easy to find. Service: The service attitude is excellent, and they even gifted us some special rice. I especially want to praise the breakfast – it's incredibly rich and plentiful, and it's served until noon. The breakfast is quite distinctive, even featuring the unique Kaili sour soup, which was fantastic! I was very satisfied with the breakfast."
