"We had booked a king-size room, but it was small with tiny windows. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively upgraded us to a twin room, free of charge, as there were no other king-size rooms available. The room was spacious and pleasant, with complete amenities and very clean. The front desk also gave us two complimentary Cokes and snacks, which was a very nice touch. Breakfast was also delivered to our room. It was a very pleasant stay. The service was excellent."

"I made a last-minute decision to stay in Vienna, and it turned out to be surprisingly good. The room wasn't large, but the layout was comfortable, with good natural light and ventilation. It was clean and refreshing, without any dampness or stuffiness. Hot water came on quickly, and the air conditioning was very quiet, so I slept very soundly that night. The staff were all very friendly, not overly enthusiastic, but always ready to help when needed. The overall atmosphere was very relaxing, unlike some hotels that feel cold and impersonal. Staying here gave me a sense of security, and it was great value for money. I would definitely recommend it to my friends."

I received a call telling me that I found a pair of boots and they wanted me to help mail them. They might have belonged to the previous guest. You can see that they are very responsible. I ordered it for the convenience of eating, and it is indeed convenient for eating."

Not only did they have a kids' play area that kept the little ones entertained for ages, but there was also a home theater and a game room, so everyone, both adults and children, found something fun to do. The hotel can also arrange local ecological tours and hiking trips, which was a lovely way to connect with nature. The shuttle service was a huge convenience, saving us a lot of hassle. The in-room fridge was perfect for storing snacks and drinks, and the tearoom had a really elegant and relaxing atmosphere, great for unwinding. Our whole family loved it!"

After many comparisons online, I chose this hotel, and I was not disappointed. The big bed room booked by my friend and his wife is about 40 to 50 square meters, which is cost-effective. The small bar is just right for us to cut fruit."

"This was our last stop on our ten-day self-driving trip through Xinjiang, and we're heading back to Urumqi tomorrow. Planning hotels for this trip has been a real headache because we had elderly people and children with us, so we had a lot of specific requirements. Out of all the hotels we stayed at, the Lavande Hotel in Jinghe was by far the best. The facilities are brand new and complete, and they offer a free parking lot with fast-charging EV stations, which I highly recommend for electric car owners. The laundry room has six washing machines, so there's no fighting over them. The staff even helped me dry my clothes when I didn't pick them up in time, which saved me a lot of time. The smart room controls are easy to use, and the built-in USB charging ports in the room are a thoughtful touch. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. If you're stopping over in Jinghe, I highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel is a bit out of the way, requiring a bit of a drive from the highway. The surrounding area is popular with residents, hospitals, and schools. A lively food court with a wide selection of food is about a 5-minute drive away.
The hotel room was spacious, and even with three beds, it felt comfortable. The lighting was bright and comfortable. The three separate bathroom facilities were a nice touch.
The hotel key card was quite unique.
The service was very friendly. Upon arrival, someone helped with our luggage and delivered it to us after we checked in."

"Yesterday, I passed from Saihu to Jinghe County at 7 o'clock in the evening. I accidentally found this newly opened hotel. I was very satisfied with the room. The front desk service was very enthusiastic. I also upgraded the room for free (the room I originally booked was very satisfied). The room is large and the equipment is new, dry and wet separation, hot water is sufficient, Air conditioning is powerful, the price is not expensive, in short, it is one of the most cost-effective hotels I have stayed in Tibet Xinjiang for more than a month."
