"The hotel should be a former government reception hotel. The facilities are good, a little old, but very clean. The small city has a river running through it and is surrounded by mountains on all sides, making it very peaceful."

"It felt like a newly opened hotel; it was very clean and tidy, and the service was excellent. However, the only downside was that the invoice issued by Ctrip listed it as a travel service, which our company couldn't reimburse. Although calling Ctrip customer service resolved the issue by issuing a new invoice, it's unacceptable to spend so much time on customer service every time. It's a pity I won't be able to stay there again next time."
