"The toilet was a disappointment. Every time I sat down, it would automatically flush and splash water, which felt unhygienic. The Jomoo brand really isn't good enough. However, the floor sensor for the toilet flush was a nice touch. The mirror light was sensor-activated and kept turning off, which was very inconvenient. I had to keep waving my hand to turn it back on. The hairdryer, though, was excellent! It's one of the best I've used in a hotel. It dried my hair quickly without getting too hot. The cleaning staff were very considerate. They noticed I was running low on tissues and toilet paper and left me an extra pack of each. This morning, I mentioned needing some water for hiking, and in the evening, they left four bottles in my room – very thoughtful. However, when I messaged the front desk to ask for more water, they refused, saying each room was limited to two bottles. Luckily, the front desk attendant was generous and even kindly offered me an umbrella, reminding me it might rain, which was very considerate!"

"The location is fantastic, right at the entrance of the main waterfall area within the three Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic sections. It's just a short walk to the right after exiting the gate. To the left, there's a 'God's eye view' spot, which saved us a lot of time. The room was spacious and clean, with complimentary welcome fruits and desserts. The bathroom was huge! There's also a pool and a swing in the small courtyard, very relaxing. Even before we left home, we received a call from the hotel's front desk. They were incredibly responsive and helpful in the group chat, answering all our questions quickly. Before our arrival, the staff provided a very detailed itinerary in the chat. They even gave us a small gift upon checkout, which was a lovely touch! Thank you to all the staff in the pictures for their excellent service! 🌹"

"The parking lot security guard is very enthusiastic. As soon as the car is parked, he will come to ask about the situation and introduce the entrance. After getting off the highway, the hotel sign is very clear at the intersection. If you drive by yourself, you should pay attention to the hotel entrance and turn left directly, without following the navigation to turn around in front. There are many parking spaces. When you enter the hotel lobby from the parking lot, the front desk is very enthusiastic. They immediately stand up to welcome you, answer all questions, and have a better understanding of the local situation. There is a gym and a billiard table on the third floor of the hotel, and an open-air garden on the eighth floor. The facilities are complete and really good. The room I stayed in was very large (especially large, very clean and tidy, with welcome fruits). I didn't expect to live in such a hotel in Guanling."

"The guesthouse is fully equipped with smart technology throughout, including the air conditioning, curtains, and even the toilet, all controlled by a smart speaker. The pillows and mattress are excellent, the environment is quiet, and you can even fly a drone to view the waterfall, which is only 800 meters away. The rooms have large floor-to-ceiling windows, are clean and hygienic, and there's a swimming pool. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. I made the right choice choosing this guesthouse during my trip to Huangguoshu. They also offer free pick-up and drop-off service to the scenic area entrance, which is very convenient. "I'm getting ready for a holiday trip and just remembered I never reviewed this place. I really want more people visiting Huangguoshu Waterfall to know about this hotel! Of all the hotels I've stayed in, this one truly excels in its attention to detail and cleanliness. Even the disposable paper cups for brushing teeth are individually sealed. The bathtub is spacious, and they provide disposable tub liners. The balcony overlooks a small mountain, and it was so relaxing to sit out there at night, chatting and gazing at the bright night sky. Plus, you can pre-order your breakfast, and the rice noodles are absolutely delicious. I was truly impressed!"

"This hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!"

"The B&B is very clean and beautiful. The camping style and hot spring on the first floor of the room are the favorites of children, and the balcony on the second floor is a good place for adults to stare blankly. All three meals are eaten in the B&B, which is convenient and delicious. Ingredients are also prepared for us to grill ourselves. The children ate the steamed buns for breakfast and asked to take them away. It was really embarrassing to eat and take them away. The boss and the housekeeper are very good. They respond quickly to any needs. It is not easy to park near the Huangguoshu Scenic Area, and the boss picked us up. It's so considerate!"

Call in advance and add WeChat to set up a service group to tell the hotel location, precautions, etc. in advance. The handsome men and beautiful women at the hotel front desk were also super gentle and enthusiastic. Flowers were given when checking in. The hotel room and restaurant environment are very good and high-end. The main thing is that the food is also delicious! The photos taken in the swimming pool are also beautiful and very photogenic. "I must give the hotel a 10/10! The hotel offers a shuttle service, which I initially thought was only one trip (which is reasonable), but the owner was very considerate of customers. He said that if we wanted to leave our luggage at the scenic area's storage point, there would be a fee, but we could leave it at the hotel reception. So, on the morning of the 11th, the owner drove us to the scenic area entrance, and after we finished our sightseeing in the afternoon, he brought our luggage back and then drove us to the bus station. The service was excellent! Also, the hotel is very new, our room was near the mountainside with great air quality, the toilet and shower were separated for a dry and wet environment, and the smart toilet worked very well (՞ਊ՞) 👍"
