"This homestay is heaven on earth!😍 The location is nestled between the beauty of nature and the beauty of what man can create, the astonishing baling bridge. The hotel is far from the city and restaurants but the staff do tell you that in advance so they can prepare lunch and dinner for you. I found it to be the perfect escape in nature✨ The staff were so friendly and helped with everything I needed. "There's a very convenient two-story indoor parking garage, and the second floor is directly accessible via an outdoor road, unlike typical parking lots with their narrow, winding paths. The room layout and furniture arrangement are also quite nice, with a sizable square table that's very convenient. There's a smart guest room control system, although the display screen is a bit small, and the voice command design is slightly lacking. The lighting design is clearly well thought out, with stepless brightness adjustment, multiple motion-activated nightlights, and virtually no bright light that would disturb sleep at night."

"This hotel is a bit far from the Huangguoshu Waterfall scenic area, but you can enjoy views of Baling River Bridge from your room. The pool is quite photogenic, and the hotel offers a rich array of activities. In the afternoon, there's a rice noodle roll making experience, followed by goodnight desserts, a tea ceremony around a stove, and even a singer performing. Overall, the experience was great. As for minor drawbacks, there were a few issues. For instance, the sink faucet in the room was designed too high, the shower's overhead spray had very low water pressure, the light on the vanity mirror was faulty, and the bedside lamp plug was loose. These small details could definitely be improved. However, the staff were warm and proactive. Also, the parking lot is about a 200-meter downhill walk from the hotel. Only luggage carts are available for bags. If you're traveling with elderly guests who need to walk, I'd suggest providing a shuttle service that can transport people!"

"Our stay at this resort was extraordinary, largely thanks to the phenomenal service from our butler, Xiaoyu (小雨管家) and a clean and comfortable stay. A day before our arrival, she reached out with detailed information, helped order our dinner, and proposed a great itinerary (including my favourite 上帝视角) that seamlessly coordinated our meals with our plans. All the staff that we met were friendly, and Xiaoyu also helped to arrange a staff to drive us to Emergency Exit 2 to catch our scheduled DiDi ride back to Anshunxi Station. Even after we checked out, Xiaoyu heartwarmingy checked in on us to ensure we made it to our destination safely. This level of genuine care and hospitality made our trip truly memorable."

"The inn offers round-trip shuttle service to and from the scenic area. Their response time is incredibly fast and efficient; they usually pick you up within 5 minutes. The room was spacious and bright, and the balcony was also very large, perfect for kids to run around. The bathtub was huge, and my kids loved soaking in it while playing with water and watching cartoons in the evening. There wasn't a wide variety of breakfast options, but the butler would ask for our preferences the night before, and the meals would be ready by morning. You can only eat in the dining area, as they don't deliver to the room. The inn provides free coffee and tea, and there are two washing machines and two dryers. I stayed for three nights and never had to wait in line to use them. The front desk lady was super gentle and provided excellent service, offering great recommendations for attractions and nearby dining. She was also very friendly towards children! My first impression was that the inn's location was a bit out of the way, but after staying, I realized there's absolutely no need to worry. The inn's excellent service and thoughtful consideration made everything seamless."

"The room is well-equipped, spacious, clean, and the air conditioner is powerful enough. The hot water supply is good and the water temperature is comfortable. The newly renovated hotel is really good. There is a small shortcoming, the bathroom door is not waterproof, the shower water will rush out to the wash basin, and there is still a big puddle of water in the morning. If you can add a waterproof ***** and stick it on, it will be super perfect!"

"It was a really good stay experience. First of all, the customer service was very considerate and enthusiastic! Call in advance and add WeChat to set up a service group to tell the hotel location, precautions, etc. in advance. The handsome men and beautiful women at the hotel front desk were also super gentle and enthusiastic. Flowers were given when checking in. The hotel room and restaurant environment are very good and high-end. The main thing is that the food is also delicious! The photos taken in the swimming pool are also beautiful and very photogenic. "The hotel was a wonderful surprise – the room was spotless and clean! It was very cozy and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get up. The attention to detail was remarkable, like the convenient charging ports by the bed. The service was impeccable. They even drove us to buy medicine in the evening – we were so grateful! They were incredibly attentive from check-in to check-out. The front desk was quick to process our check-in and proactively recommended nearby places to visit. Room service was prompt and responsive, quickly meeting all our needs. The staff were also incredibly friendly, welcoming, and polite, making us feel right at home. I'll definitely stay here again next time!"

"Beautiful 5 star hotel resort on beautiful grounds. As the was an off season visit with very few others staying here, upon check-in we were upgraded to a room with a huge separate living room, a large bed room with the bath having separately enclosed toilet and shower areas and a spacious dressing area; and out in the large balcony area was a hot tub. Service during our stay was outstanding and the included breakfast excellent. As the room was a way from the lobby, shuttle service to the room and back just required a call to the front desk and included shuttle service to the nearby entrance to the Huangguoshu Waterfall. The free park bus to other sites (we also visited the Tianxingqiao Scenic Area, which was IMO even better than the Huangguoshu Waterfall area) was an easy walk from the resorts front gate,which we were shuttled to. If we ever go back to this area, this is definitely the place we will stay."
