"I chose Grand Skylight for a business trip. It is indeed a big brand. The experience is really great! The location of the hotel is particularly good. It takes only ten minutes to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station. It is also very close to the downtown business district. It is especially convenient to catch the trip. The check-in speed at the front desk was very fast. I communicated in advance that I needed a quiet high-floor room. It was arranged quickly and the service was particularly intimate. The first floor has a double room with a small courtyard and bathtub; it's quite comfortable to sit in the courtyard when the weather is cool. Facilities: The guesthouse provides disposable bath bags, and the TV can be projected, which is very convenient. The only complaint is that the toilet seems to be broken, as there was a constant water noise coming from the tank. The room phone doesn't work for contacting the front desk; you have to call them yourself. Service: The receptionist answered my call about a remote control problem and quickly came to the room to help. Small insects occasionally crawl into the room, so I recommend keeping the balcony door closed."

"The bathroom light was on every few minutes after 2 a.m. (the key is that there is a large glass partition between the bathroom and the bed). I woke up in the middle of the night and communicated with the front desk. The front desk refused to provide us with another room for free and asked us to pay for another room. After more than half an hour of communication, it was ineffective (during which time they said they would ask an electrician to come and fix it. How could we sleep if they came to fix it in the middle of the night!) In order not to disturb my family in the middle of the night, I had to pay for the room separately, but said that I would go to bed in the middle of the night and not tell them. I would complain in the morning. The front desk replied that this was the only way. Alas! I was afraid of traffic jams in the early morning, so I got up early and drove a long distance. My wife was so angry that she could only wear pajamas to communicate with them in the hotel lobby. She said that if they did not provide another room, she could only sleep in the lobby with her quilt. Only then would they provide us with another room for free! With such service and facilities, I would be sorry to all tourists if I didn't give a bad review!"
