"This is a ceramic-themed hotel in Dehua. On the first floor, there's a shop selling ceramic products, and on the second floor, we booked a visit to the LuSheng brand exhibition. The hotel facilities are comprehensive and spacious. The breakfast area is lovely, and all the tableware used is from their own brand. At check-out, the front desk gave me a ceramic cup, which I really liked. I actually bought the same cup when I visited the exhibition on the second floor. We also tried Dehua's local black chicken and black lamb at a nearby restaurant."

"Had a great experience at Xianyou Wanjia, so I chose Dehua Wanjia again. The front desk staff was very welcoming, and the TV here is a bit newer than in Xianyou, with screen mirroring. The room was clean and tidy, and a special shout-out to the toothbrush among the toiletries! Dehua is filled with the scent of osmanthus flowers; my clothes even smell fragrant, which made for a unique travel experience. It's super convenient, right across from the Teaware City. There's also a great restaurant next door, so dining is easy."

Service: We were allowed to check in early since rooms were available, though our two rooms were on different floors. The front desk was responsive and helpful when we called with issues. However, the robot food delivery was quite slow during peak hours, often requiring us to go down and collect our orders ourselves. Overall, I feel the service staff could benefit from more training."

"I am really happy I won't have to stay at this hotel again for at least two months. Dehua doesn't really have many better alternatives in this price range, so I am more or less forced to stay here every time I visit my girlfriend, but this place doesn't deserve its 4-star rating- it reeks of cigarette smoke EVERYWHERE you go, especially in the rooms and it's impossible to get rid of the smell, inconsiderate drunken guests often party all night and stumble along the corridor bumping into other people's rooms' doors, and the housekeeping even took my own towel this time and I have no idea if they'll ever return it to me. The staff urged me several times to check out after the 2nd night even though I had already told them that I'd extended and paid for my stay for an additional night, and I really look forward to not staying at this hotel for at least the next 2 months, possibly even longer."
