"The room was clean and tidy. We arrived at 4 AM, and the front desk lady was incredibly patient. Our car broke down and needed repairs the next day, so our check-out time was uncertain. I asked the front desk what the latest check-out time was and how much it would cost per hour for a late check-out. The lady said that due to our special circumstances, they would extend our check-out until 4 PM – we're very grateful for the hotel's friendly service!"

"Don't be fooled by the hotel's exterior! The interior is truly impressive! As soon as the car stopped, a staff member came over to ask if we needed help with our luggage, which was quite touching. Having stayed in many hotels, big and small, I never expected to receive such welcoming service in a hotel with such an unassuming exterior. It was very kind of me. The room itself was quite nice; they upgraded us to a different room type for free, and the whole room was equipped with smart technology, a stark contrast to the exterior. The owner told me that many people canceled their bookings after seeing the outside and being disappointed, which is a real shame. The breakfast on the second day was also excellent, all freshly made, with a home-style flavor that was very comforting. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!"

"Beitun Hualan Xingmao Hotel is quite good! The room was clean and tidy, the pillows of memory cotton were particularly comfortable to sleep, and they were equipped with laifen high-speed hair dryers, which were very friendly to long-haired girls. The service staff is warm and answer all questions. The location is good, it is convenient to go out for dinner and shopping. Breakfast is a pure Chinese breakfast, relatively simple, but the taste is not bad."

"Four people with four beds, not crowded by children, very comfortable. It is not convenient to share air conditioning inside and outside. The smell of smoke in the corridor is very big and needs to be strengthened. When the front desk sister registered her ID card, she first gave her the reservation person's ID, and told her to book with this name, and then gave the other person's ID. She grabbed all the ID cards and immediately asked me what name to order? It seems very unprofessional, the manicure is also long, and the keyboard is very unfavorable. Breakfast buffet, is porridge, a few side dishes, flower rolls. The eggs can't be picked up by yourself. There is an aunt who sends them to you according to the number of people, one person, and one egg white yellow, which is obviously not fresh. It's really speechless, as for? Someone eats ten? "Problems discovered by this hotel: There was a hole in the pillow when I checked in. When I woke up in the morning, I found that it was torn open and there was one pillow for each bed. The bed is so thin that you can feel the edges and corners of the mattress wires when you touch it. One of the beds creaked when turned over. Can bathroom faucets be equipped with splash screens? Can you decorate or brighten the lights in the room more? It’s too depressing! The breakfast arrived at 9:30 and there was basically nothing. Then the eggs were boiled and not yet eaten! I want to make the hotel a good one. I hope the hotel owner can strengthen management and detail. I stayed in the hotel for 20 consecutive days. This hotel left a deep impression on me!"

"During the May Day holiday, to avoid the crowds, I clocked in at S21 and came to Beitun. There was no traffic jam at all. It was raining on the day I arrived. The hotel was very considerate and provided an umbrella service. The hotel facilities are very good, clean and tidy. It is backed by the Deren Mountain Scenic Area. The night view of Tuen is also beautiful, the breakfast is rich, and the jam bread is delicious. The lady at the front desk is very friendly. I will stay here again next time I travel to Northern Xinjiang."
