"The environment is quite nice, and the overall atmosphere is very grand, seemingly consisting of two buildings. The interior decor clearly indicates it's a long-established hotel. However, it suffers from many common problems of older hotels: outdated facilities and old-fashioned decor. Here are a few points that are of concern to many: the air conditioner is noisy, the heating is ineffective, and surprisingly, only one of the bedside electrical outlets is a two-prong outlet (I don't know who needs so many three-prong outlets these days). There are also many commendable aspects, such as the beautiful bamboo grove surrounding the hotel and the clean swimming pool at the back, which clearly shows it's regularly maintained. However, the facilities are simply too outdated! Even my parents haven't stayed in such an old hotel in a long time. I hope they can improve upon this."

"The room was quite spacious, and the service was good. Definitely book a room with a private hot spring tub; soaking in it on the balcony while enjoying the view was really comfortable. The only issue was that during the holiday, the hotel was fully booked, and there were also many people who came just for the forest hot springs. It was my first time seeing so many people in an outdoor hot spring area; every small pool was completely full, so we couldn't even get in. The complimentary forest hot springs were a complete waste since we couldn't use them."

"Originally, I booked a big bed room on a business trip, but a friend came to me later, and told the front desk if I could change to a twin room. The front desk staff was very good. They directly promised to help me change to a twin bed for free. They also helped me carry my luggage. The service is really super good, and the hotel environment is also very good. There is a river opposite the hotel. There are many cherry blossoms by the river. I went to take a lot of photos with my friends. It was super filming. Although the hotel has been open for several years, the facilities are particularly new. I am super satisfied with this business trip. I will come here for a business trip in the future. "Honestly, I usually give positive reviews when I stay at a hotel, but I really want to highlight this one! It's the most comfortable of all the Jinjiang hotels I've stayed at. I'm even hooked on the shower gel and hand soap aromatherapy options nearby! The lavender aromatherapy was so relaxing, the bathroom was warm and bright, and it even played music. The bedding and pillows were every bit as good as I could have hoped. I especially want to mention the retro kettle, which plugs directly into a mineral water bottle. It's so practical, easy to use, and clean. The room also has an air purifier and humidifier—it felt like home! The breakfast was incredibly filling. The Joyoung soy milk was delicious, and there were all kinds of desserts, stir-fries, and noodle soups. I was so stuffed by the time I left. Afterward, I went to the nearby hot springs, which was incredibly relaxing! I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Anning!"

"The room hygiene service is also good. The breakfast is good, including steamed buns, soybean milk, millet porridge, eggs, quail eggs and noodles, which cater to the eating habits of people in the north and south. The millet porridge is not as good as the one I cook at home, but the sweet potatoes and corn are OK. I ordered the wrong order when I booked. I wanted to stay in a lake view room but it turned out to be a city view room. Fortunately, the boss upgraded me to a lake view room, but each has its own merits."

"I booked a hot spring hotel in Anning to visit a friend. Both the guest rooms and front desk service were subpar. The front desk was slow and inefficient. My mother and I had heavy luggage, and no one offered to help. The floor was also slippery. What's worse, the housekeeping supervisor entered our room using a key card without permission, which woke me up and startled me. However, the staff in the hot spring area were excellent – friendly, accommodating, and very attentive. The rice noodles at the restaurant were decent, and the old lady serving them was very kind. Overall, I wouldn't really recommend this place."

China National Petroleum Corporation is right next to the hotel. 😇Service: The staff are responsive and helpful, promptly resolving any issues and providing timely reminders. 😇Room: The decor is European-style, with heavy, off-white wooden doors and carpets that complement each other well. Upon entering the room, the cabinets open slightly, allowing you to easily see the placement of items. There's a coffee table and chairs in front of the TV, not directly facing the bed, ensuring privacy. 😇Restaurant: The food selection was average. I went to the restaurant at 9:45 AM, and the staff didn't neglect guests even though it was almost breakfast closing time. They maintained order even for guests arriving just in time, and even after cleaning the utensils, they would still prepare breakfast for guests if needed – a great touch and commendable. At the end of the meal, they even asked if any guests wanted additional food, showing attention to detail. 🥳Highlights: This hotel doesn't recommend pets (an extra 500 RMB cleaning fee applies), but they are very thoughtful by providing dog cages in the underground parking lot. 🤗Areas for Improvement: The lint trap behind the hairdryer needs regular cleaning, as this is something guests frequently come into contact with. The water temperature adjustment is slow; I suggest adding a circulating heating system with constant temperature. 🤔Aspects for Guests: Some floors are non-smoking, and cigarette butts are not allowed. Smoking is also prohibited in guest rooms. The 200 RMB deposit is for carpet damage compensation, so please be mindful of smoking. There are designated smoking areas."

First, the facilities: I stayed in a business king room. The Mitsubishi air conditioner was fast and quiet for both heating and cooling. The TV allowed screen mirroring, which was great for watching shows at night. The Wi-Fi password was on the key card holder, and I tested the speed – over 60 Mbps download, perfect for video calls. The most practical feature was the USB ports and five-hole outlets on both sides of the bed – a godsend for anyone charging a phone, tablet, and smartwatch simultaneously. The bathroom had a thermostatic shower with stable water pressure, so no sudden cold surprises. Now, for the service: I arrived at 1 AM, and the front desk clerk, energetic and friendly, helped me check in. He even asked, 'Would you like me to put your takeout in a warm box?' When I checked out, I left my charger in the room. They promptly called me, arranged to ship it to my next destination via SF Express (cash on delivery), and even included a packet of fresh flower cakes. The cleanliness was impeccable; you could inspect it with a magnifying glass. The glass cups were fingerprint-free, the remote control was in a disposable sanitizing bag, and even the air conditioner vents were spotless. Right next to the hotel is a farmer's market where fruit is incredibly cheap, almost free. In short, this hotel, much like the locals in Kunming, is authentic and straightforward – no fuss. I booked this online; the price was transparent, with no hidden fees. I highly recommend it to anyone frequently traveling to Anning for business or with elderly family members."
