"The hotel is so beautiful and clean. Staff is very kind and welcoming. The spa is amazing you have a complimentary hour per day to enjoy it and other treatments are available for a reasonable price. The swimming pool is in the rooftop, is quite small but not many people is there. The restaurant on the top is superb, a bit overpriced but the food quality is excellent. Breakfast worth it."

"This is a good hotel to stay in Santiago, great location, clean/prompt room service, fairly new facilities. But not yet living to the claim of ”the best” hotel in Santiago from my experience. I travelled with my family of 2 seniors, 2 adults and one 2yo toddler. I booked two rooms for two nights - delux king with view (1110) and club level king (1704). After check in, the experience is flawless: prompt room service, extremely friendly and accommodating staff and modern facility. Not to mention the views! However, pre/post check-in experience needs some polishing and made my experience imperfect: - staff did not help at all when we arrived: no one helped us at all when we arrived in a uber (black) with 2 big luggage and a crying toddler at the hotel door. there is a bellboy holding someone elses' luggage and a security-looking guy in black suit standing there near our car. But no other guests they needed to attend to. They both just stared us from when we get out of our car, trying to grab the toddler that's running around crying, getting two big luggages from the trunk until half way into the revolving door. No one opened/held the car door, or even asked if we needed any help, they just stood there staring at us for the whole period! (maybe we were underdressed for the best hotel?) I almost thought their job was not to help guests out of their cars but apparently not the case with other guests. - check out took so long and no special consideration for guests in a rush:They made a mistake in my final bill so I had to go through the line and talk to someone instead of dropping off the keys. even though I mentioned I have a flight to catch I still had to stay in the queue with other guests that are checking in. I was delayed by a good 20 minutes.... there was a long line but only 3/4 counters were used though there are plenty of staff. Everything else was perfect. But being one of the most expensive hotels in Santiago I certainly expect a better experience with the above two points."

"The trip to Chile is a perfect ending. If you have the opportunity to come to Santiago, Chile, I highly recommend staying at this hotel: Hotel Las Condes Regal Pacific Santiago. There is a subway station downstairs. It only costs 10,000 pesos to take TransVip's ride-sharing service from the airport to this hotel, which is very convenient. There is a place to change money across the street, as well as KFC, a pizza shop, a 24-hour restaurant, and the hotel's own restaurant La Fattoria is also of high quality. The most important thing is that this area is very safe. When you open the window, you can see the snow-capped mountains not far away🏔️ Service: The check-in time in the hotel reservation instructions is 15:00, but I arrived at the hotel at 10 am. The waiter at the hotel front desk was very nice and helped me check in early. The breakfast buffet on the first floor of the hotel is very rich."

"La ubicación es perfecta!! A 6 cuadras de Parque Arauco y a 15 minutos en Subte del Costanera! Todo espectacular! Lo único que no estuvo tan bien fue el wifi (prácticamente no anduvo nunca) y la ducha del baño muy poca presión de agua y un tanto incómoda con la puerta de la mampara! Pero nuestra estadía fue muy linda!! Solo esos detalles para tener en cuenta si van a la habitación tipo Estudio!"

"This stay was for a business trip. I stayed for one night. The floor was high and very quiet. It is in the eastern part of Chile (rich area). The environment is very good. It is next to the most prosperous luxury mall in Santiago. The transportation is convenient. There are all kinds of famous brands, shopping malls, supermarkets, nightclubs🪩, steak houses, and international cuisines around... The only thing I feel is that the hotel facilities are a bit old and the bed is a bit soft, but the overall feeling is still good.
