"The hotel is super easy to find, just a 3-5 minute walk from Interlaken West Station. From West Station, you can buy tickets to anywhere, and it's also very close to the boat pier, making the location really convenient. They offer free luggage storage too. The building itself is a bit old, so the facilities aren't super modern, but the bedding was dry and pretty clean. Room 4 gets sun from two sides and is great for ventilation when you open the windows, so it was quite comfortable. Breakfast is simple but they have boiled eggs, which are a must for refueling. There are fresh food supermarkets nearby for plenty of supplies. Oh, and the ice cream shop in town is delicious, highly recommend it!"

"This hotel, 'Pillow Brother' (Zhen Ge), was the best during our trip to France and Switzerland. The facilities are quite new, and the price is reasonable. It's a 15-minute walk from Interlaken Ost station, which made taking the scenic train and boat tours incredibly convenient. We didn't even use our car for three days because of this. Across from the hotel is a large grassy field, with the famous Jungfrau mountain visible in the distance. We could clearly see the weather at the summit, which was really helpful for planning our itinerary. Parking was 9 Swiss francs per night, which is quite affordable. The hotel staff were polite, and one even greeted me in Chinese, saying 'Ni Hao'. Overall, it was the best hotel in terms of all-around conditions."

"stayed for 2 nights at this lovely hotel. strategically located near Interlaken West station, you do not have to worry as both the train and bus are just a couple of steps away. lots of restaurants, gift shops and convenience stores nearby as well. room has the basic amenities that you will be needing during you stay - a comfortable bed, small refrigerator, clean bathroom and cool fan. breakfast spread was the same for both days of my stay, but that is okay because their croissant, sausage and scrambled eggs were delicious! will definitely come back if given the chance. shout out to Jerome for a great service at the desk."

"We had such a wonderful stay at Lake Lodge Hotel and truly loved our experience here. The receptionist was absolutely amazing — so warm, kind and genuinely helpful. She very kindly upgraded us from a single room to a queen-size bed room, which we deeply appreciated. Her hospitality really made our stay extra special. The hotel offers fantastic value for money. Our room came with a balcony overlooking the lake, and the view is simply stunning. During golden hour, the scenery becomes absolutely gorgeous. Waking up in this quiet little town, facing the calm lake and mountains, feels priceless. It’s peaceful, beautiful and truly relaxing. The offer coffee bread at the breakfast area absolutely free. Migros is about 12 km away, so do plan ahead if you need groceries. There is no lift in the hotel, but we didn’t mind carrying our luggage upstairs. For light sleepers, it’s worth noting that you can hear some activity from nearby rooms or from upstairs and downstairs. However, the hotel is very thoughtful and provides earplugs in the room, which we appreciated. The bathroom is shared, and initially we were unsure about it. But it’s only a few steps away from the room and was not inconvenient at all. There is a wash basin inside the room, which makes things easier and practical. We honestly feel this place is underrated and deserves more recognition and positive reviews. It may be simple, but it offers charm, warmth and one of the most beautiful lake views you can wake up to. Sometimes you don’t need luxury — just a clean bed, a basin, a balcony and a breathtaking view. We loved it so much and would absolutely return. It’s a beautiful place that truly deserves more appreciation."

"It's a 30-minute bus ride from Interlaken West. While it's a bit far, the view is absolutely stunning, so I highly recommend it!! You won't forget this view, seriously, haha. The breakfast was also delicious for me. Thank you, George, for your kind service~!"

"The location is super convenient, right next to Platform 1 of Interlaken West station. There's a large supermarket directly opposite where you can buy groceries to cook in the apartment, and plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We stayed in an apartment, which was very spacious, and the facilities were well-maintained and quite new. Although we arrived in late May, we unfortunately hit a European heatwave with temperatures around 27-28 degrees Celsius. Since the apartment didn't have air conditioning, it was quite uncomfortable. I saw in the reviews that the hotel usually offers two fans per apartment, so I immediately called the front desk to ask if they could provide one. They said they could provide one. As there were two bedrooms, I asked if we could have two, and the front desk directly replied: 'No, you can only request one fan.' Their attitude felt a bit unfriendly. Also, in apartments without air conditioning, a fan should really be considered a basic amenity and not something guests have to specifically request."

"We had low expectations with this hotel due to previous reviews. Upon arrival, we were a little disappointed that there wasn’t anyone in the reception until 3:01pm. Other than that, the room was a little dim, but clean and they do day cleaning and top up of room. There is a smart TV and water heater which were useful. Breakfast was average. We like that there is a pantry with free snacks for guests. The location was superb!"

This was another lovely stay at Hotel Krebs, and it felt great to return once again. The staff were as kind and welcoming as ever, with consistently warm hospitality that made the stay very comfortable and familiar. Guests staying at the hotel receive a 10% discount at the hotel’s restaurant, which is also a well-known and popular restaurant among locals. The food quality and atmosphere make it well worth dining there. In addition, the hotel offers discounts on various activities in Interlaken, which is a nice benefit for travelers planning to explore the area."
