"Just stayed here again for the second time in a month. The staff’s kindness and convenience in location has made us come back and would want to come back again. The lady at the reception (Sorry i didn’t get your name) was so lovely and helpful. We were 10mins early and she had let us checkin and had tried to accommodate our requests. The room was actually way better than what we booked (did not expected the pull out bed but we’re so happy about it) but the bathroom was not cleaned that much. The sink drains so slow like it was a bit clogged and sometimes smelly. It was also dirty when we came in (sink). The circle thingy in the middle was broken too. We asked for our room the next day too and wasn’t cleaned that much. Breakfast is amazing and the staff there is very nice too."

"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with all the facilities I needed. The staff were very friendly, respectful, and always willing to help. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. The hotel’s location was convenient and provided easy access to nearby places. "For Chinese travelers, having a hot water kettle is incredibly important. The one-bedroom apartment was very spacious, with plenty of room. The washing machine and dryer were a huge convenience, allowing us to pack lighter. The induction cooktop, oven, cookware, dishes, and dishwasher, combined with the large supermarket nearby, made cooking a joy. Australian beef and lamb are truly delicious! Laundry detergent, dishwasher powder, dishcloths, salt, and pepper were all provided, which was very helpful. The neighborhood is new, quiet, and close to both the beach and tram stops. It's also within the Free Tram Zone. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to assist. This is an excellent choice for families with children."

"An excellent hotel experience, my apologies for the two-month delay in writing this review. We chose this hotel for our honeymoon in April, as it's one of only a few locations worldwide, which always builds anticipation. Before arriving, I emailed to inquire about honeymoon amenities. Helen from guest relations promptly replied and arranged everything seamlessly: early check-in, complimentary champagne, chocolates, and a welcome card. Upon arrival, the service from the concierge to the front desk, and even in the guest rooms and breakfast restaurant, was outstanding. Everyone was energetic, and their smiles felt genuine. They never seemed unhappy, even without a tip. Breakfast had a touch of the Edition hotel vibe. This hotel provided the best experience during my Australia and New Zealand trip. (There was a high percentage of Caucasian staff; while I don't judge based on skin color, many other hotels had staff with inconsistent service standards. Here, everyone provided excellent service with no signs of discrimination – at least overtly). The eco-friendly design made us feel immersed in nature. The hotel is conveniently located near an elevated bridge, making it easy to get around with the business car service. Shopping across the street is also very convenient, and it's just a few stops to Chinatown and the city center, perfect for a city walk too! Highly recommended."

"The hotel's location is excellent, close to the Yarra River, with a supermarket downstairs and free trams right outside. The room has a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils. You can buy bread, eggs, milk, and vegetables from the supermarket and make yourself a nutritious breakfast. The hotel staff are warm and attentive, always ready to help, which made our trip a very pleasant experience."
