I also really like the hotel's location; it's quiet, not directly by the sea (no worries about the smell of the sea), and some rooms have sea views. It's not close to the mountains (no worries about flash floods, mudslides, etc. during rain (I tend to be a bit of a pessimist). The rooms are also mosquito-free. A 3-5 minute walk from the hotel is a rocky beach, perfect for catching fish. The water is clear, the crowds are sparse, and the scenery is beautiful. Just around the corner from the hotel is the fishing boat harbor, which is absolutely stunning in the evening. Moon Bay is only a 10-15 minute ride on the electric scooter at the door, which is very convenient. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, which was great for letting the kids play in the sea, even if they didn't dare let them."
