"This trip was to the south slope of Changbai Mountain with my elders, and we chose this place. Although it's an hour's drive from the south slope, it was still a good value for money. I especially recommend the premium cold noodles at the nearby Changbai Mountain Hotel; they were absolutely fantastic! As someone who has a special fondness for noodles, it was the first time I'd ever had such good cold noodles—it was truly a delightful experience. The breakfast ingredients need improvement; the oranges had been in the refrigerator for a while, and the dried shrimp weren't very fresh."

We borrowed a utility knife from them for New Year's Day fireworks, but because it was crowded and I couldn't remember where I put it, I didn't return it immediately. When we checked out, the front desk staff mentioned this, and I genuinely apologized. I apologized and said I'd return it that afternoon, but they ignored me completely, not even looking up. I repeated myself several times, but they just wouldn't respond, acting all high and mighty. Okay, I gave them 30 yuan as compensation for the knife, thinking that was the end of it. But when my family went to retrieve their belongings that afternoon, the front desk staff were impatient and dismissive, and even asked them for the utility knife, demanding they return it as soon as possible. I was utterly baffled and speechless. Is this kind of service and attitude typical of Changbai County? This bad review is well-deserved!"

"This is a hotel with the worst service. There is only one staff member at the front desk. He turned a deaf ear to my calls during check-in, didn't even raise his head, ignored the guests, and just chatted on his phone. When we checked out, a group of people were queuing up to get their tax invoices, so we, the tenants who were checking out and getting our deposits refunded, had to wait in line as well. During breakfast, the man sitting at the door was not sure whether he was the boss or the security guard. He crossed his legs and stretched out his hand to ask passengers for breakfast coupons. All the staff had stern faces, which was intimidating. All these make passengers feel very uncomfortable. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot, but the management is not good, and you have to wait for a parking space when you drive in. The breakfast has few varieties and is not tasty."

"There's a parking garage on basement level, but the front desk staff were incredibly incompetent. I don't know what this hotel was thinking. When I arrived from out of town, my car was parked at the hotel entrance. I got out and asked the front desk where the garage was, and they just said it was in the backyard. I wandered around the backyard for over ten minutes and still couldn't find it. Back at the front desk, I was already very agitated, thinking the hotel was a scam. Luckily, there were a group of customers there—a convoy of cars from Nanjing—who told me how to get there: go out onto the main road, turn right, turn right at the traffic light, and then turn right again to reach the back of the hotel. They said not to go too far; there's a roller shutter door about 50 meters away, and they'd open it for me. I can't take it anymore. I'm still giving it one star. For such a small thing, all the front desk could do was say it's at the back entrance. The more I think about it, the angrier I get; I want to swear. You have a garage? We drivers are begging you! The river view from the room across the river to North Korea is quite nice."
