"I originally booked 5 nights at Casa Swell and ended up staying 2 more because the waves were hitting and the atmosphere was so relaxing. It’s close to Panama City and has the perfect mix of calm beach vibes and luxury boutique-style comfort. The rooms are clean, stylish, and super comfortable. The bed was great, the AC worked well, and little details made it easy to feel at home. The pool is just a few steps from the room, which invites for a quick dip or a calm swimm. I woke up every day to a view of the pool and sky. Even the tropical rain was soothing to watch...and one day, I spotted an iguana sunbathing by the pool, and later, maybe the same one (or its cousin) running for cover from the rain. Loved those little moments. There’s a small desk inside the room, which I used for journaling or editing videos in a cozy, inspiring spot. The bathroom had hot water, shampoo, conditioner, and a safe box for valuables. Each morning I walked to the nearby beach (about 6 minutes away) for yoga, and in the afternoons I enjoyed long beach walks and taking nature photos. Surfing here is excellent—the waves suit all levels, and the host helped organize lessons and boards. I brought my own board, but could’ve easily rented one too. The shared kitchen had everything I needed, and the mango trees in the garden were a sweet bonus for a quick snack. There are lots of chill-out areas: hammocks, sunbeds, comfy sofas...and everything feels calm and peaceful. I felt safe the entire time and really cared for. Casa Swell is a beautiful place to unwind, and definitely to return."

Just a little suggestion: You really need to control the “monopoly” of the towels reservation on the pool and beach side. It's an ideal place to get away. One note: it's a good hour from Valle Anton although the mileage makes it seem closer."
