Welcome to our peaceful retreat! This charming 2 bed/2 bath cabin has everything you need for a relaxing getaway. Just a 5-minute drive from beautiful Fool Hollow Lake, you can enjoy kayaking, fishing, paddleboarding, and more. You’ll also be close to delicious restaurants, scenic hiking trails, and just an hour from Sunrise Mountain for skiing.Inside, cozy up by the indoor fireplace or head outdoors to grill, play cornhole or horseshoes, and gather around the fire pit on cool evenings. Our wraparound porch is the perfect spot to sip coffee in the morning or unwind with a glass of wine at night.The cabin features a king-size bed in the primary bedroom, a queen-size bed in the second bedroom with a twin loft, a twin rollaway bed, and a full-size pull-out couch in the living room. Please note: the primary bedroom does not have a closet, but there is a dresser, under-bed storage, and hooks behind the door for hanging clothes. The second bedroom includes a standard closet with hanging space.We also provide sleds and snow toys for winter, plus kayaks, a paddleboard, and outdoor games for summer fun. To keep you comfortable during warmer months, the cabin has heating, a mini-split AC unit in the master bedroom, and a portable window AC unit in the living room. The house is a spacious 5,500 square feet with 4 King bedrooms and a 6-bed bunk room, full laundry room with double washer/dryers, and two bonus rooms (1 golf sim / movie theater and 1 billiards / shuffleboard / gym space). Sunrise ski resort is less than an hour away and is open year round. You can enjoy snowboarding, skiing and tubing in the winter and hiking, scenic lift rides and ziplining in the summer.* Quaint local restaurants and antique shopping in the area* Summer weather ranges from 70 to 80 degrees* Spring fall weather ranges from 50 to 60 degrees* Winter ranges from low 20s to 50 degrees with snow* Sledding can be done on golf course if enough snow *** During offseason many restaurants have limited hours ***Golf NOT available at Torreon courses as you must be a member; but there is a great course just across the street.****IMPORTANT CLUB AMENITY UPDATE****Torreon has changed their policy on how many times homeowners are allowed to transfer their social membership to guests. This is partly due to the fact they are wanting to keep it an exclusive club for members only. Unfortunately, ALL homes in Torreon are now only allowed to transfer their membership once a month with a strict policy of 4 guests only. This fee is $325 for the first guest and $100 for each additional guest. $50 application fee and $25 key fob fee also applies. This fee includes access to the pool, hot tub, fitness center, family center and outdoor sport courts (basketball, volleyball, pickleball and tennis). This service is on a first come first serve basis for stays of at least 7 days. PLEASE REACH OUT TO US BEFORE YOU BOOK IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO USE THIS SERVICE TO MAKE SURE ITS AVAILABLE FOR THE MONTH. Guest amenities are only available May-September. Pool is only heated Memorial weekend-Labor Day weekend.
