The fireplace is gas, so even in the dryer seasons - you can enjoy an instant fire in this cozy space. we are centrally located in Oregon, so you can drive to the coast within a few hours, Sisters and the Metolius recreational areas are just an hour east - a highly recommended day trip. Ski Hoodoo Ski Bowl from late Fall to Early Spring - and try their huge sledding and cross country trail circuit. Hoodoo even offers night skiing and several celebrations throughout the winter.Mt Bachelor is only about 2 hours east for another winter time skiing treat.Summers on the Mckenzie are about as perfect as perfection gets, so plan on making some memories when you book this cabin.
