Village Live In Resort, Chail ★★★

📍 Kandaghat-Chail-Kufri Rd Village Live In Resort Chail, Chail

"This hotel is perfectly fine if you just need a place to sleep and plan to be out exploring the city all day. However, if you value high-quality, attentive hospitality where the staff anticipates your needs, you might find the service a bit underwhelming. With a little more attentiveness and warmth, this could easily be a 3-star experience. Quality of food is satisfying."

📍 Jeet Nagar, Chail, Himachal Pradesh 173217, India Chail, Shimla

"Good property, amazing views from room and the nicest staff ever!! We planned a family trip of ~20 people to celebrate my daughter's first birthday. Everything was so seamless and the staff's hospitality was cherry on the cake. Special mention for RamLalji, Shubham and Pawan for their courteous and prompt service. Also, thanks to AmritPal Ji for his honest and right suggestions during pre-check in phase. The team made our occasion truly special. Highly recommended. PS: All rooms have great views... So don't be fixated on room grade. Although, premium rooms give better privacy and less noise from adjoining rooms."

Hotel Chail Residency ★★★
"The location was good, on the main road, not too far from the market and places to visit in chail. Calm environment and view from balcony. Rooms were hygienic, no issues with safety as well. Local sightseeing services are available at extra cost. Few things can be improved, toiletries included basic things, however on request toothbrush and toothpaste, bathroom slippers were provided(it would be better to include them in basic kit. Breakfast options were having variety and good in taste. Room service is also fine, however it can be slightly swift. The behavior of the staff was polite. Parking is also available. Non availability of lift can be an issue for some."

"The rooms are smelly and feel like moulds. The staff is not available to help in parking. They spoil t the checkout experience by making the car stack park behind and then did not had the keys to allow us to leave. Pathetic experience."
