"I rate the negative experience rather than the hotel itself. Unfortunately my wife and I got sick with a fever of 39 as soon as we arrived at the hotel and our son was in great shape. After two days in this situation we decided to leave early and the owner in response told us that a few lines of fever in the summer are normal and no one has ever left the hotel for this and therefore he would have made us pay a penalty of 600 euros. (Even though the hotel was not even full) When we returned home we were prescribed antibiotics for 10 days and I recommend resting in a cool place and not in the sun (which is impossible on vacation). Given the literature on the subject I am not at all sure that the hotelier acted correctly and therefore I will report it to the consumers' association and the hoteliers' association."

"A lovely beachside location with panoramic views of the Adriatic Sea. A beautifully maintained hotel. Excellent service from hotel staff, especially when engaging with the front desk. Professional, friendly and very accommodating to our various needs – my service expectations were exceeded. It was a pleasure when engaging with any of the hotel staff. Morning breakfast was a self-service buffet with an abundant variety of selection to satisfy any palate or health need. Tables were available both inside and outside in a lovely shaded terrace area. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in the beachside town of Cervia. Directly across from the Martini beach concession offering discounted beach lounge chairs and sun umbrellas in corroboration with the hotel. We were lucky with the weather. Every day was sunny with temperatures in the high 20’s, low 30’s in the final days of August and early days of September 2026. Definitely 5 stars for both the hotel accommodation and service. A special thanks to Max at the front desk who went beyond the call of duty to accomodate us when we checked in with unconfirmed reservations (our mistake)."

"We had an exceptional stay at Pinetina Mare Baby Family Hotel in Cervia! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home. This hotel is a true gem for families with young children, everything is thoughtfully designed with kids in mind, from the play areas and entertainment to the baby-friendly amenities and meals. The food was truly outstanding far beyond what you’d expect from a typical hotel. Every meal felt like a visit to a high-quality restaurant. The chefs are not only professional and clean but also bring charisma and charm to their work. They interact with guests, take pride in their craft, and clearly care about creating delicious, balanced meals for both adults and little ones. The overall atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with a real sense of care and attention to detail. If you’re looking for a stress-free family holiday where your kids are entertained, safe, and well-fed and where the adults can enjoy gourmet meals and relax this is the place to be. We can’t wait to return!"

"We stayed in Hotel Riviera for the IronMan 2024. This hotel is about 20/25 mins walk to the IronMan village so can be tricky with equipment on race day, but it is still very manageable, especially if not travelling alone (I had family with me). I don't often leave reviews but really felt the urge to call out just how great this hotel is. It has no pool but that's not an issue as it literally opens onto a quiet part of the beach. The breakfast is basic continental but very good, fresh & tasty. We got a suite with no balcony which meant the floor space was larger that other rooms so that was great for my equipment. The bed was very comfortable and fresh. The main advantages this hotel has are its incredibly warm and helpful staff and the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout. Every member of the staff literally cannot do enough for you, down to the point of providing us with an early breakfast on our check out day as we needed to hit the road at 6am. Nothing was an issue, we were made feel incredibly welcome from the minute we arrived. This hotel is located a short 15min walk from busy areas of Milano Marittima & Cervia, both busy hubs with bars and restaurants. I have stayed in other hotels with higher star ratings that would be no match to Hotel Riviera. I am planning on returning for IronMan 2025 and am already looking forward to staying here again. Thank you Hotel Riviera, you are all wonderful!"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront hotel! The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away, making it easy to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, welcoming, and eager to help with anything we needed. Their kindness and professionalism made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. The service was flawless, and everything was well organized and maintained. We chose the half-board option, and it exceeded our expectations. The food was excellent, with a great variety of fresh, high-quality dishes that were delicious every day. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of an unbeatable beachfront location, outstanding hospitality, and fantastic dining. We highly recommend it and would love to return!"

"We had a very good experience during our stay. The hotel offers great value for money and is located close to the beach, which was a big advantage. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful whenever we had any extra requests. Our room was cleaned daily without us even having to ask, and the air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable. The atmosphere was calm, relaxing, and warm from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was served in a different building, but it included everything we needed and offered a good variety of options. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and hope to come back again in the future."
