"Very friendly and well located hotel. We were very well received by the ladies who served us. Comfortable room, with air conditioning and private bathroom. It was hot so air conditioning was essential. Excellent breakfast, above my expectations, with options for all tastes including different types of bread, vegetable drinks, boiled eggs, cereals, and much more. I also liked the decoration of the hotel. Excellent location, close to the river beach and the village and far enough away to be in peace. Terrace outside facing west from where you can almost observe a magnificent sunset. Price well adjusted to our possibilities. Coming back!"

"The TV remote was broken, and the cleanliness was appalling, the worst I've ever seen. There was noticeable lint behind the entrance door to the room, dirty and stained curtains, and the TV was completely dusty on the sides and top, as the only way to turn it on was by accessing the buttons on the back. The 'double bed' was actually two single beds pushed together, which wasn't what was expected. On the other hand, the staff were friendly and kind, with nothing to fault, and perhaps for that reason, the best thing about the hotel is the people at the reception and the bar. After this stay, I understand the less positive comments I had seen previously, as I can confirm the criticisms I'd already read. I also remembered that the sink was clogged, and it took about 5 minutes for the water to drain. Unfortunately, the 4-star rating needs to be reconsidered, as does the price, because given these issues, it doesn't justify the amount charged for the stay."

"After reading old reviews and after a long weekend stay, I am surprised how it is possible to have a negative opinion about the Hotel!! From entry to exit, through dinner and finishing with the staff, the Hotel deserves maximum points. Magnificent conditions."

"Tiny place that doesn't have an elevator. If you have mobility issues, don't stay at this place. Dark stairs. The light is delayed in turning on so you have to walk in the dark first before it turns on - accident waiting to happen. There is no ground/first floor room. The lowest level room will still require you to walk up a narrow flight of stairs. The owner can't handle honest reviews and will call you if you give his property less than 5 stars and lie about you as guest. I wrote an honest review for ******* and the owner wrote back to state that I "broke" hotel rules. I have been travelling for decades and have never broken any hotel rules."

"Ridiculous, a park where there is such a well-known water spring, and not a single source (not even from a mains water tap) exists in the park, not to mention that everything is closed.... it's just a walk through a a very normal park in any town or city in the country. Quite disappointed!"
