Very good stay experience, very close to costco just in the past to refuel and buy. It is worth mentioning that the first time I saw such an exciting slide in the hotel pool, it was super fast 😂 Health is good, the front desk is also very enthusiastic and cost-effective. Breakfast is simple bread, waffles (homemade), shelled cold eggs, coffee tea juice, 🍎 and 🍊.

Family and I were actually planning to stay at an AirBnB for the weekend we visited. Last minute AirBnB cancelled on us, and we had to book this hotel at the last minute. Boy what a happy surprise! This hotel is easy to get to and clearly seen from I-5. The check in process was very easy. I showed up just a couple of minutes before check-in started and the Staff was great. They explained the room was not ready but I would receive a call when the room was ready. They clearly explained their staff was a little short which caused them to be behind. Completely understand. Within 20 minutes I had a call saying the room was ready. When we got back, they had the room key ready for me. I really appreciated the clear explanation with no fluff or clearly meaningless apologies. The room itself is amazing and could not be more happy. We are a family of 5, and finding an adequate sized room for all of us can be difficult. Not here at all! Actually bigger than expected and very clean, with ample storage space. I usually don’t comment on showers because its a shower. It does what it does. This shower is really nice though. Great shower head, an extra light specifically for the shower, and plenty of bathroom space to spread the personal stuff around. All around an awesome stay and will come back again.

Clean hotel with decent facilities. Service somewhat lacking. I booked on Priceline and when I arrived, they gave me the noisiest room in the place, right off the lobby and with other customers on the hotel porch just 2 feet outside my window. I immediately requested a room change and they refused to accommodate me in any other room. I had to pay another $25 in cash to get them to give me another room, since it is nearly impossible to get a refund from priceline right now. The next room I got was on the second floor butl my window is still right above the porch. Could hear people talking out there until late. And anytime someone went in or out from the porch I could hear the door slam. With that being stated the second room was fine overall. At 10:30am i called the front desk to ask about late checkout and am told none is available. I ask about extending the room another night and am told it isnt possible. At 10:55am while finishing my shower, the maid knocks on my door loudly and repeatedly. So i figure check out time must be at 11. I get out of the shower and rush to get all my stuff together and I’m down at the front desk by 1110. Then when I go to check out the lady tells me that I could’ve had the room until noon because checkout is at 12.… Umm then why is the maid pounding on the door at 11? Decent hotel, service needs improvement.

The lobby of this hotel looks renovated and was very nice when we arrived. However the rooms are older and dated. The furniture is old and damaged. The first room we got was not clean. There was a thick layer of dust on and in the a/c, the screen on the window was broken and we were overlooking a very dirty roof or some sort. We asked to move. The second room was a bit cleaner. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because there was lots of photos of a nice outdoor pool. When we got there and asked where the pool was, they told us they got rid of it in the renovation. 🤦🏼‍♀️ this was super disappointing to my kids. Anyways we only stayed one night during our road trip. The hotel bar is very overpriced ($18 for a basic glass of wine). Not worth it. One staff member was very nice. The other one was rude and ignored my husband completely when he was asking her something at the front desk. Later we saw she had in ear buds so it’s possible she just didn’t hear him 🤷🏼‍♀️

Clean hotel with decent facilities. Service somewhat lacking. I booked on Priceline and when I arrived, they gave me the noisiest room in the place, right off the lobby and with other customers on the hotel porch just 2 feet outside my window. I immediately requested a room change and they refused to accommodate me in any other room. I had to pay another $25 in cash to get them to give me another room, since it is nearly impossible to get a refund from priceline right now. The next room I got was on the second floor butl my window is still right above the porch. Could hear people talking out there until late. And anytime someone went in or out from the porch I could hear the door slam. With that being stated the second room was fine overall. At 10:30am i called the front desk to ask about late checkout and am told none is available. I ask about extending the room another night and am told it isnt possible. At 10:55am while finishing my shower, the maid knocks on my door loudly and repeatedly. So i figure check out time must be at 11. I get out of the shower and rush to get all my stuff together and I’m down at the front desk by 1110. Then when I go to check out the lady tells me that I could’ve had the room until noon because checkout is at 12.… Umm then why is the maid pounding on the door at 11? Decent hotel, service needs improvement.

The lobby of this hotel looks renovated and was very nice when we arrived. However the rooms are older and dated. The furniture is old and damaged. The first room we got was not clean. There was a thick layer of dust on and in the a/c, the screen on the window was broken and we were overlooking a very dirty roof or some sort. We asked to move. The second room was a bit cleaner. One of the reasons we booked this hotel was because there was lots of photos of a nice outdoor pool. When we got there and asked where the pool was, they told us they got rid of it in the renovation. 🤦🏼‍♀️ this was super disappointing to my kids. Anyways we only stayed one night during our road trip. The hotel bar is very overpriced ($18 for a basic glass of wine). Not worth it. One staff member was very nice. The other one was rude and ignored my husband completely when he was asking her something at the front desk. Later we saw she had in ear buds so it’s possible she just didn’t hear him 🤷🏼‍♀️

Very good stay experience, very close to costco just in the past to refuel and buy. It is worth mentioning that the first time I saw such an exciting slide in the hotel pool, it was super fast 😂 Health is good, the front desk is also very enthusiastic and cost-effective. Breakfast is simple bread, waffles (homemade), shelled cold eggs, coffee tea juice, 🍎 and 🍊.

Family and I were actually planning to stay at an AirBnB for the weekend we visited. Last minute AirBnB cancelled on us, and we had to book this hotel at the last minute. Boy what a happy surprise! This hotel is easy to get to and clearly seen from I-5. The check in process was very easy. I showed up just a couple of minutes before check-in started and the Staff was great. They explained the room was not ready but I would receive a call when the room was ready. They clearly explained their staff was a little short which caused them to be behind. Completely understand. Within 20 minutes I had a call saying the room was ready. When we got back, they had the room key ready for me. I really appreciated the clear explanation with no fluff or clearly meaningless apologies. The room itself is amazing and could not be more happy. We are a family of 5, and finding an adequate sized room for all of us can be difficult. Not here at all! Actually bigger than expected and very clean, with ample storage space. I usually don’t comment on showers because its a shower. It does what it does. This shower is really nice though. Great shower head, an extra light specifically for the shower, and plenty of bathroom space to spread the personal stuff around. All around an awesome stay and will come back again.
