Our 6 night stay in this budget hotel was outstanding - the rooms were large and very clean and the staff were all friendly and provided excellent customer service. Our Studio S room had a king size and twin bed, a nice kitchenette with a 2 burner stove top for cooking meals and a small dining table. Only thing missing was a microwave. There were 3 large cabinets for storing our clothes as well as our food. Easy 10 min walk from the Celerina train station and 5 min to the bus stop. A free local transportation pass, including all mountain lifts, was provided by the hotel - an excellent value. There were 3 free clothes washers and dryers on our floor. Our room was located on the second floor and on the back of the building. Unfortunately, the shop located across from our room created alot of noise starting about 7 am - but we were getting up early so it was not an issue. Highly recommend this hotel.

A charming hotel, clean and modern rooms. There are 3 different restaurants which looked very very nice. I need to come back next time, especially to the steak house. We only had breakfast, which was very tasty. Different kind of fresh artisanal bred and Zopf, fresh smothies, local cheese, fruits and many more. The coffee was excellent (I love good espresso), but also tea was offered in a large variety. The omelet was complementary and made with mountain cheese and tomatoes. We could cut ourselves fresh dried ham from the Berkel machine - very cool! The hotel ist just next to the nordic ski track and they offer a shuttle (or 10min walk) to the alpine resort. We were in a group of 4 people planning to stay at this hotel for one night from July 19 to 20. However, one of us suffered a bicycle accident on the morning of July 20 and needed urgent medical assistance. The staff at the hotel, especially Ruth, were very attentive and helpful, helped us find English speaking paramedics (we don’t speak German) when contacting the ambulance, making sure we didn’t have to worry about checking out. They reserved the room for us and we stayed here for another night. We were moved and very grateful for their excellent service and we would recommend this hotel to people who want to go swimming and mountaineering in the lake. It is very convenient to get to the hotel by bus from St. Moritz Railway Station, and the station is just outside the hotel.

Awesome stay. The room was cozy, warm and very alpine feeling. The bathroom also had a bath so we enjoyed that too and it had everything to make your winter holiday dreams reality. Would totally reccomend it.

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. I never take the time to write reviews as i’m more of a “direct feedback” person, but i have to share this one.. We left this magical place with a full heart. The rooms were top notch, i loved all the wooden details as well as all the nitty gritty you don’t want to miss in a home away from home. Kicked of the day with a savory and sweet breakfast in their cozy and calm setting, overlooking the centre of town. The family lead 4 star individual hotel, is filled with stories and made us feel like we became a part of it. My very special recommendation is the Pasta Luigi at Lapin Bleu - i had it ON REPEAT.
