"Very bad stay experience! ! The hotel arranged a shuttle bus to the airport, but asked us to bring our own child safety seat. When we asked to report to her superiors, she directly wrote her number and email address to you, as if "I don't care"! When I got to the hotel room, I found that the air conditioner was moldy! ! I showed the photo to the front desk, but she didn't even look at it. She claimed that the hotel cleaning staff had gone off work and couldn't handle it! ! After our repeated negotiations, they actually threatened to let us leave the hotel! ! Finally, the restaurant chef came out to help clean the air conditioner before we could continue our stay.
