"I had booked a one-night stay at this nice property with good reviews, unfortunately I caught the flu and asked the manager, given the impossibility of traveling, to move the date of the stay, but the request was refused. I then asked for the possibility of cancellation without penalties, given that the free period had just expired, but here too there was a firm refusal with the request to settle the bill within five days, threatening to pass the matter to a debt collection agency. I paid the bill, but the regret remains for the lack of even a minimum of understanding on the part of the manager."

"The hotel is old. The room is small and the bath has mold. Very basic amenities. It would be a 2-star hotel in US. There are only four free parking spots. Then you will be told it may not be safe because they are by street. You will be offered the 12 Euro secured parking."
