"Comfortable friendly hotel, nice clean rooms with good food. Would have been better to have natural fibre pillows rather than hard polyester filling for pillows. Breakfast was a bit unimaginative but overall a comfortable stay in Biella"

"Very nice and helpful staff , unfortunately had.We had two families on the floor that didn't know how to behave in a hotel, knock doors, run late in the evening on the hall . That was the only annoying . Breakfast, super location to explore Biella's pedestrian zone. Good mattresses, head kisses unfortunately too soft."

"The hotel is good especially considering the value for money. Rooms are clean, a bit dark, shower is small but okay for normal size people. Breakfast is for a good start of the day. Service is excellent, the receptionist was extremely kind and careful in giving all information for a good staying."
