"Apartments are great, everything you need and clean. No balcony just a little step outside the sliding doors. We didn't know we would have to pay 100 euros deposit then the hotel decides if its clean enough when you leave before they return it. We asked for clean towels and were told no, they change them every 3 days. You get to use the hotel pool, roof top pool is amazing. Most of the staff were pleasant. Overall a good stay"

"This is not a hotel, but as the sign outside proclaims Hostal Bonavista. Although the rooms had everything needed for a couple of nights, a weeks stay showed the difference between a Hostal and a Hotel. The rooms were very dark as were the stairs, ideally we should have brought a torch to find the keyhole to our door. There is only 2 sockets in the room, they are both located on the centre of the bedhead. There is a further socket in the bathroom. The balcony is very small and not suited for sitting out on. If you are a smoker there is ONE ashtray in the place, that is by the front door. Breakfasts were good but we did miss the opportunity to make tea or coffee in the room. There is a lounge but again if you want to sit and read take a head torch with you."

"The hotel is advertised has having accessible facilities however the pool is completely inaccessible. The lowest point to enter the pool as a 5ft 7 adult i struggled to stand up, my mother who is 75 couldn't use the pool at all and infact twisted her knee trying to enter the kids one which is also incredibly deep and has no safety raining or steps into it just one big jump in. It has ruined our holiday as she can not use the pool, it felt discriminating to be honest. It isolates so many people not being able to use this facility and its clearly hidden information The staff and love holidays dealt with it poorly. I do not recommend this hotel if you are unable to swim, in a wheelchair, abled body in any way"
