Hotel Hacienda Combia

"Me and my wife stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during our trip around Colombia in March 2026. Probably the best hotel in the region, this place is situated inside a coffee and banana plantation. We got a deluxe room, which comprised a very spacious clean room and toilet. The hotel comprises a restaurant (very good food) and a very nice pool, with a great view over the nearby mountains, especially at sunset. Being the hotel "in the middle of nowhere", the only noise you'll get will be birds and insects chirping... We were given an excursion around the “hacienda”, to learn about how coffee is dealt with, including a coffee tasting session. The staff was always very nice and helpful. Bring mosquito repellent as you will need it!"

"What a truly special place. I just visited with my husband for 2 nights and wish we could have stayed for a week! The location is beautiful surrounded by lush green vegetation, a river, and fields of roaming cows and horses. We felt very comfortable during our stay (our ‘tent’ had a comfortable bed, was very clean, and had all the amenities we needed) while also feeling the tranquility of nature. The people working here were so lovely and hospitable. We enjoyed breakfast every day of fresh fruits, homemade breads and croissants, and a la cart along with some of the best coffee. I highly recommend, and we are already thinking to come back so we can enjoy more of the local attractions."
