"All staff were great. Facilities were great. Housekeeping gave us mosquito repellent so we could sleep peacefully. Rooms were spacious and clean. Only issue was during breakfast as it is quite chaotic, but I would blame the guests for that as many don't have common courtesy. Some are picking food with their fingers directly from the buffet and not using utensils provided. Some are standing close to the buffet and eating their meals without any concern for other guests. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay again."

"A perfect location, this perfactly situated betwin Calingut and Baga beach , so when u walk to the Beach you get an emptying patch of beach which can serve as your private beach. Moreover, it's always felm heavy rush sread of Calingut and Baga. We hired two cottages and one room. It was good , rooms were spacious and nicely located with all the necessities. The issues with roks were the lock was not working we complaint to the guys but they did nothing. The swimming pool was bicem there was two swimming pools, one was reserved for delux rooms only. The resort is tatsefully decorated and the walsk to beach it pleasant Staff was good and responsive. The brekfast menu was very good , they kept changing it which was good things Walk to Beach or walk to market was not at ll far. Overall. We loved staying here...a Lil bit of improvement in their room service can go a Long way. "

"No one should consider staying at this hotel; it was an incredibly disappointing experience.I was travelling with my family, including a young child who was unwell. The room key card was unfortunately dropped inside the hotel corridor. When I approached the reception for a spare key just to access my room, the staff completely lacked empathy. Instead of helping us get into the room first, they immediately demanded ₹800 plus GST just to issue a replacement card.After a long argument and explaining our situation, they finally handed over a key but insisted we must pay ₹600 at checkout.As someone who works within the travel industry network, I know firsthand that standard RFID plastic cards cost the hotel next to nothing. Extorting guests with a massive penalty fee during a family medical emergency is unacceptable. This is not how paying customers should be treated. Terrible service and very poor management."
