"The rooms were clean. The location was perfect, as it was near the restaurants, the mall, and the airport. The staff were all accommodating and courteous, including the restaurant crew. Special mention to front desk staff Kyla as she was very obliging and prompt in granting our requests. But it would be perfect if they automatically provide hotel slippers to all guests, as these are important to us. :-)"

"I stayed for 2 nights. The room is a bit basic but clean, shower was also clean and strong, the towels were of good quality. The first night there was a polystyrene cup and one 3-in-1 coffee but nothing the next night. The door lock was difficult, probably worn with age. I had a problem with the tv and even when sorted I only found one English language channel. Breakfast was included in my price in a separate bar/ restaurant away from the hotel but I didn't try it."

"At least 4 areas of the room have cobwebs. There is a SPIDER in the comfort room ceiling. Bathtub don't have plugs. Some personnel didn't behave professionally such as going in the reception desk with no tshirt on. Pillows and linens are nice and comfy"
