"This facility felt very safe, the staff was great. Look closely, it’s a 50$ non refundable pet fee. The linens had crusty stains, and I WAS INFECTED WITH LICE AT THIS FACILITY. It’s been hell, I still can’t believe a place could be that negligent. Cost a fortune to treat and replace linens. I cannot warn you enough to go literally anywhere else."
