"This was our second visit to TUI BLUE Budoni, having stayed last year too, and it was lovely to return and see so many of the same staff. Everyone was just as friendly and welcoming as we remembered. Our room was lovely and clean, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. We also noticed some great improvements since last year, including the new shades around the smaller pool and the water refill stations at the bars – both fantastic additions. The food was another highlight. As a family who can sometimes struggle with food choices, we were really impressed by the variety and never felt we were left without something we could eat. The staff were also incredibly accommodating, bringing out plain spaghetti and alternative ice cream flavours for our children. It was those little touches that really made a difference. One little moment that really stood out to me was when I went to lunch alone one day. Before I had even asked, the waitress brought over my usual drink. It was such a small thing, but it showed just how attentive and thoughtful the staff are, and it made me feel really looked after. The pool area was great too – we never had to fight for a sunbed, everything was always clean and well looked after, and the snack bar was perfect for days when we didn’t want to head into the main restaurant. We particularly liked that music was only played occasionally, so the pool area remained relaxed and peaceful. Our son also made great use of the football pitch every evening, which was a real bonus for him. Unfortunately, one evening our son was unwell, which ended up in an ambulance being called. We can’t praise the hotel staff enough for how amazing they were. They were incredibly caring and supportive, and even offered to come to the hospital with us if needed. Their kindness and reassurance at a stressful time meant so much to us. Overall, we absolutely love TUI BLUE Budoni and can’t wait to return again next year. "I met Michele and Giovanna on holiday in Trentino and by pure chance, they told us about their new adventure. Well what can I say, it's all real. The B&B is in a strategic position on Porto Ottiulu, where in a few minutes by car you can reach everything, both the best beaches (Cala Brandinchi, Lu Impostu, Capocodacavallo), supermarkets, basic necessities, etc. Another point of excellence goes to Mrs. Rina, who is very attentive to everything and who made us breathe clean air every time we returned to the room and the common areas were always tidy, clean and elegant. The breakfast was rich in everything from sweet to savory, nothing was missing. A special thanks goes to Giovanna and Michele who were able to satisfy our every need. "Very disappointed with the welcome. No Wi-Fi or television connection, beware of exceeding your data allowance. I paid an extra €168 for towel service. The pool was very dirty, and work started at 7:30 am. Bring all your own food and cleaning supplies for a week in this accommodation. No breakfast, lunch, or dinner is included in the rental. Otherwise, the location is good."

"The apartments were outdated, and the electrical wiring wasn't finished. Wi-Fi was only available in certain areas. Due to the renovation of another apartment, there was a lot of construction noise. The kitchen was in need of demolition. I paid the deposit, but even after four emails, nothing had been returned to my account."
