Harmony Resort Boutique Hotel ★★★★

"I celebrated my 60th birthday with a four-day event at Harmony Resort Boutique Hotel, located at 52 Brufut Heights. While I didn’t stay there, my guests did, and they had a wonderful experience. The owner was incredibly easy to work with, and her staff were professional in every aspect. The pricing for both the accommodation and the garden area was quite reasonable. The resort’s layout was simply beautiful, making it a perfect venue for my celebration. I highly recommend this place!"

Leo's Beach Hotel - Adults Only ★★★

"Beautiful small hotel with a big welcome. Nina, Alois and Rudl (the cat) were very kind and solicitous hosts who carefully checked that all was well and were very helpful with details of trips and money changing. The food in the hotel was consistently excellent with a sufficiently varied menu for a week or two’s stay. The rooms are large and comfortable with all expected amenities and kept very clean by the friendly staff. We took several trips to see a little more of life in the Gambia and were expertly guided by both Mohammed and Dudu. There are plenty of places in the grounds for a peaceful days’ sunbathing and the bird life is very entertaining. We didn’t spend too much time on the beach as the amount of rubbish was off-putting (this may have just been unfortunate timing as we arrived just after the end of Ramadan celebrations when there had been lots of people on the beach). Everyone we encountered was friendly and kind and we would happily return."
