Very close to T station (Cleveland Circle), the hotel does not have a restaurant, and there are many restaurants around. Otto’s biscuit is very delicious, you will never get tired of it! Beware of the ”Liu Po Chuan Chuan Xiang” opened by a family of Chinese, which is very cheating! Supermarket Trader Joe’s things are very good, a bit expensive. There are swimming pools and lawns, and there will be performances on Thursdays during the stay!

Good breakfast, oatmeal, milk, eggs! There is a sofa in the room to sleep alone. It is suitable for a family of three! Location BU is very close Uber is 10 minutes to BU!

Oct2022: 3⭐: I selected this hotel as a result of needing a place close to the house with easy access to the airport. I selected this hotel through the Bonvoy app based on it fitting the criteria I desired. I wasn't able to get to the hotel until the afternoon hours about 1700. I picked up my spouse from the airport and we decided to get her checked in at the hotel on the way to the hospital down the toll road. I noted that the hotel was difficult to enter and it took a bit of concentration to locate the front entrance of the hotel as it sits over top of the tollway 90. There were two handicapped parking areas available at the check in lot. There is a pay parking garage attached to the hotel and adjacent to the front entrance into the hotel. The parking garage has more handicapped parking areas available and regular parking as well. The areas are not good for large trucks or RVs. The entrance was located and I parked and we went into the hotel. We walked to the front desk and a female worker didn't greet us, didn't say hello, nor did she say welcome to the hotel. The worker said ”give me your id”. My wife was standing there to my side and I looked to see if there was someone else there we had stepped in front of or cut in line. There was no one there but us. My wife said what did she say? Is this the check in desk? I commented that this is the check in window, right? What happened to the smile, good afternoon, welcome to Sheraton, or just hello. DEMANDING my identification upon entering the building was definitely not appropriate. Having a bad day isn't MY fault. I have a choice to choose this location, not the other way around. We finished the check in at the desk, paid for parking, and we went to the room. We dropped off the bags and found that the bathroom door sags and does not properly close as it's hitting the bottom of the frame. One of the window blinds wasn't properly functional. The noise canceling device and the traffic was something to tolerate. Some vehicle drivers passing under the hotel on the tollway, enjoyed throttling the engine. This added noise to an already bad situation. Decent area food spots are walking distance from the hotel.

The location is relatively good. There was also a convenience store nearby. I'm happy with my life. Although we stayed for consecutive nights, it was disappointing that there was no cleaning at all after the first night.

The room is large, quiet and has a beautiful view. The entire hotel is very luxuriously decorated. There are buses connected to the subway, so the transportation is convenient. You can eat authentic Cantonese cuisine in the hotel, and the price/performance ratio is good! Very recommended!

The hotel room is very clean, the sheets and pillows are white and white; the breakfast is very rich, you can make waffles yourself, super blueberry flavor, original flavor, and cinnamon apples. The room is well soundproofed and the bed is quite comfortable. The hotel is in a very good location and has convenient transportation. The facilities are a bit old and the front desk staff has a somewhat cold attitude.

The room was clean and clean, but I really couldn't stand changing rooms every day, hahahaha. If I don't have to change rooms every day, I can live here for a month. The price is moderate and cheap. The hotel is general, but because it is located near Boston, the price is higher than the average hotel. We booked a suite that allowed four people to stay. As a result, when we checked in, we were given a big bed room for a maximum of 2 people. I immediately contacted Ctrip customer service to reflect this problem. Because this leads to 2 people living in no place. While contacting Ctrip, I made a reservation with the hotel on the spot. Fortunately, the hotel did not have a full room on that day, and there was room available for us to stay. We have 2 suites and we need to add 2 rooms on site. After negotiating with Ctrip, this additional booking fee will be borne by Ctrip. I have booked a lot of rooms in Ctrip, and it is rare to see Ctrip acknowledging its fault, which is praised by Ctrip.
