"To be honest, the hotel only provided one bar of soap and a small tube of shampoo, and that was it. No slippers, no water – it was pretty frustrating. I thought it was terrible; maybe that's how it is in America. Without the air conditioning on, the place smelled terrible when I got home from work. The breakfast was practically nonexistent; I couldn't eat it."

"Very bad hotel, gave me a room facing the road, no soundproofing at all. When I wanted to check out, they asked me to book a room at the front desk, saying that Ctrip's room would be refunded for free. As a result, I urged them every day, and it took three days to refund. The room fee was more expensive than Ctrip! What's even worse is that when I checked out, I forgot to take the two skirts in the closet. When I went back to look for them, they said that the colleague had left work and asked me to go back today. I came today, and they said that there was nothing in the room when I checked out, and they refused to give it to me!"

"I've decided I won't stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Atlanta. The room and the hotel itself were filthy, looking like they'd only cleaned haphazardly. Many facilities in our 30X room were broken; the ice bucket was cracked and leaking, the paper cups for water were broken, they forgot to refill the coffee capsules, the bathroom door wouldn't lock, and the room wasn't cleaned—we were told we had to make an appointment for cleaning. Calling the front desk resulted in a dead phone line, requiring us to go to the front desk every time. The bed was sagging in the middle, making it very uncomfortable to sleep on. The entire hotel needs a thorough cleaning and repair. Ctrip stated parking was free, but upon arrival, we were told we had to pay $5 for parking."
