"I’m a regular at Leonardo Hotel, this year i’ve stayed over 40 nights combined and i always have good experience. However this trip i had a bad experience, half way through my stay the room service was throwing all my personal belongings thinking i already checked out. Lost some stuff but luckily i managed to recover my valuables on time. I also recommended my cousins to the hotel and they also had a poor experience with room service where they did not get any room cleaning for the first 3 days until they had to request it. I’m slightly disappointed with this trip because i know the staff can do better."

"In a beautiful old building hotel Botanique is situated in the middle of the old city of Breda. The receptionist took great care of us and showed us to our room and explained all amenity’s. Early check in was also possible and very appreciated. Our room had a rooftop window that could not open up, while our room smelled a bit stuffy. After a good night sleep, the bed is amazing, we fully enjoyed the great breakfast at TED’s. Our recommendation would be to book a room with a window that can open and enjoy the hotel, the breakfast and the beautiful city of Breda."
