"Love this new hotel in Boone! As a Boone local, it felt like home coming back and staying here. The kitchen came in handy pretty much every morning. The room was super clean, staff very friendly, breakfast was solid, and they have board games to play if you’re traveling with a group. Highly recommend and will def stay here again next time we visit!"

Outstanding
We stayed in Uncle Earls Cabin and found it very accommodating. There was two of us for all but 3 of the 10 days when our daughter came up for a visit. We hope to be able to come again. Thank you to Heritage Hills management for the lovely experience.
Excellent in every way. Great location, great breakfast, free bottled water, and fresh baked cookies at check-in. This hotel was perfect for our girlfriends weekend. The room was spacious with a place to store all of our clothes, tolietries, and luggage, so it was out of the way.
Very comfortable bed and pillows. The layout of the bed in the room helped with any normal noise heard in a hotel hallway. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend.
GGuest UserThe American leisure hotel in the forest is friendly and the room facilities are complete.
The outside view of the restaurant is particularly beautiful. It is easy to eat indoors and outdoors, chat and see the blue sky and white clouds and mountains in the distance.
The original booking of PACKAGE did not include breakfast. After breakfast, I was kindly told to give it away for free, which was a little surprise. The front desk has coffee hot tea bags, apple orange energy bars, customers can pick up at will, and the warm service is warm.
Very recommended.
GGuest UserI had a reservation for December 25th-26th. Upon arrival, we realized we wanted to stay for another day. I asked the front desk if they had any rooms available for the night of the 26th-27th. We were told no, but they would let us know if anything opened up. I went online and booked a room for the night of the 26th-27th five minutes after we were told we couldn’t.
The next day (26th) I asked the front desk if there was any way for me to keep the same room as I was in. I was told no. I asked if there’s any way for me to check out and immediately check in to the new room, since I didn’t want to have to carry all my stuff down to my car through the snow and keep it there until check in. I was told no. I didn’t fuss since I understand that may make it harder on the housekeepers and I didn’t want to inconvenience them.
I checked in on the 26th and we were given THE SAME EXACT ROOM we were in the night before. We could’ve stayed in the same room and we didn’t need to carry all of our stuff down to the parking lot just to bring it back up. I expressed my concern to the girl at the front desk and she was very confused as to why I was lied to three times at this point. She was very nice and had nothing to do with the situation. This was the first time I had seen her. The girl who checked me in on the 25th was there and explained that the whole thing was “a misunderstanding.” Her telling me that there were no rooms when there clearly were was “a misunderstanding”? Being told I couldn’t keep my room and later being given the same exact room was “a misunderstanding”? Being made to check out and check back in to the same room was “a misunderstanding”? Sounds more like poor work ethic and lack of care from the staff.
