Very Good
GGuest UserThis hotel was in an excellent place to visit Mount Rushmore and the surrounding areas. The staff was very friendly and the room was clean and comfortable. The town closes down around 9pm so the only thing lacking was food and entertainment after 9-10pm. There are towns a few miles away that have places that stay open a little later. Plan to take time to eat early and enjoy the town. It’s very cute and there are plenty of fun things to do!
GGuest UserThe workers are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The room is clean and comfortable. There are nice variety of options of the breakfast. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would definitely consider staying here again in the future.
GGuest UserUpon arrival infprmed entire cleaning staff resigned so had to wait. Well, during sturgis rally I took higher road and refused room cleaning. I didnt want to pile on. Bed was like a sandwich -bad backs beware. Slept few hours a nite but, bed orevent avrestful bight sagged at every possible angle tried. Room was very clean except grout a tile near tub.
Breakfast was muffin make your own waffle eggs skin milk ceral bacon toast bagels muffin. Eat elsewhere coffee was good.
Rest of hotel I woukdnt judge they wrre adaptung best they could
DDaofeng006The hotel is a historical building. There are many celebrities who have come to live in it, including four presidents, such as Reagan. The decoration is typical of American history. Although the decoration is old, it is still very comfortable. The room is like the usual historical hotel. The room is small and the bathroom is small. The rest hotel on the way to Billings Road is still very satisfied. The evil park is still worth seeing, very interesting landforms, especially the zero distance feeling. Visited the President's Mountain in the rain, the Mad Horse sculpture, very powerful, or should come to feel it, I hope that Mad Horse can complete the sculpture as soon as possible, and go on to see it later.
BBlessingHotel is connected to a massive Waterpark which is great for kids but not so fun for a good night's sleep. Walls are SUPER thin. Family next door had a screaming kid for a long time and then the hotel sent an unfamiliar man to our room (two girls) at 10pm to knock and ask us to be quiet. He could have called.
It's massive and very busy so be prepared for a lot of amenities to already be full. Room is clean but with that many people breakfast was filthy. Staff are never at the counter so you have to wait for them to come out of the back. Breakfast was limited and not enough for the people there. I've had better options at other Fairfield's anyway. All the details are cheap -beds and worn / over soft, toilet paper is scratchy, towels are thin and very rough. . . For the cost and significance of this hotel, it's just meh. It seems big but isn't very nice in the details.
RRobbie LStay was good, beds were comfortable, breakfast was a nice variety, and room clean. Was a disappointment that the keys were demagnetized multiple times and we even kept it away from our phones as instructed when it happened the first time. Hot tub was a good temp, unfortunately the jets were not really high functioning and there was barely working, overall nice to soak for a little bit. We would chose to stay here again in the future as the cons were minimal.
AAndriy LishchynskyyI don't know why this hotel has so low rating. The location is great, it's clean and has a warm environment, very friendly staff. The breakfast is continental, but it'good enough to start your day. Alot of parking space even for 26' truck. Hot water goes right away, the bath tub was vlean with no spots whatsoever. Iron and hairdryer were in the room. No coffee machine, but at lobbe coffee is available around the clock
AAnonymous UserClean room. Breakfast could have been better than processed food. I got charged 5 USD per night from booking through trip.com. The staff told me that it is the fee that they usually charge the guest who book their place through 3th parties. With that, they should inform beforehand. Charging without prior notice is unacceptable.
