The Hampton Inn I visited while traveling between Springfield and Chicago It was very well managed and the rooms were spacious and nice I would like to come again if I have the chance next time

We were worried it was across from the airport but it didn’t affect anything at all!! Staff was friendly- disappointed no free breakfast- and I had 4 kids but couldn’t schedule a room that way which made no sense! I had to put 6 adults. Overall it was clean, comfortable and everyone was nice and helpful

MMacDouggalOmg. The first floor room was like somebody’s basement— the flooring (not carpet) was a modern linoleum. Not a picture or decoration anywhere. Could have been a jail cell. TV at the ceiling.
Bathroom looked partially updated. Nice mirror with light.
The room was right next to the front check-in and therefore door. It was a tolerable noise level until 11:30 when, apparently, a number of loud conversationalists in the lobby woke us.
