It’s perfect from check in to check out! Receptionist Neil is very helpful and very efficient…I have no complaints.. everything in the room is A OKAY…!! If I have to come back toMaine … at Bar Harbor… I’ll be staying in Bat harbor grand hotel for longer days👌👌👌

Amazing place! Feels like home.
Place has a great atmosphere, room was very clean.
Welcoming staff who go out of their way to help and give all the necessary tips (Jill you are the best). Breakfast was delicious. Coffee and homemade cookies are served at all time.

The room faces the sea, has a balcony, is more spacious, the bath water is average, breakfast is OK, there is hot water supply, the hotel's evening restaurant tastes good, the dining environment is good, the service is good.

HOTEL: Location, location, location….across from a park, across from the movie theater, across from shops, across from cafés, across from restaurants, and the entryway to Acadia National Park was very close.
