Well, I was told by the concierge that was a 5-star hotel! Here is a list of the items that happened to me during my stay: 1. No toothbrush, no toothpaste 2. No slippers 3. No cotton swabs 4. They forgot to give me the breakfast voucher 5. I was served eggs and bacon which I didn’t order In my opinion, this hotel could qualify for a 3-star rating, no more!

I extended my stay and was moved to a room that smelled like mold and the pillows ( bedding) did not smell fresh. I come here often and this is my first time experiencing this.
