GGuest UserThe staff of the hotel was very good my booking was third party and I got the last room on the road side and as I had an exam the next morning the road noise disturbed my sleep. So, on my request, they gave me a room in the middle and changed it, few hotels take care of such things.

GGuest UserWe were to catch flight in 15 hours, Once after i booked my wife and her brother checked the reviews in internet and was just upset because of reviews from others cuss all we need is a good place to sleep as we were tired. However, we reached the hotel, they provided a neat and clean room with cleaner beds. And food was good too. We liked it. We cant expect to have 5 star features when you paying prices of 2 star right. But they still do.

This was primarily due to the absence of a buffet, which was a key factor in my earlier positive experience. Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste.
