GGuest UserThe staff of the hotel was very good my booking was third party and I got the last room on the road side and as I had an exam the next morning the road noise disturbed my sleep. So, on my request, they gave me a room in the middle and changed it, few hotels take care of such things.

GGuest UserAs a guest at the sky imperial bapu resort dwarka, the location near the dwarikadhish temple is definitely a highlight. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, offering good comfort. The peaceful ambiance adds to the experience, making it ideal for relaxation. However, there is room for improvement in terms of service responsiveness and food variety. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay with a few areas that could be enhanced to make it exceptional.

GGuest UserBathroom were clean but warm water took time to arrive. Bathroom fittings were worn out. Food ok ok. They should stop giving dinner with the package as we felt discriminated. Staff behaviour was excellent location of property is excellent.

This was primarily due to the absence of a buffet, which was a key factor in my earlier positive experience. Additionally, the food we ordered from the menu did not meet our expectations, leading to unnecessary waste. I hope this feedback is helpful and that future visits can meet the standards we have come to expect.
