At first I felt a bit old, but the water pressure was very high. The bath was very comfortable and the bed was very comfortable.
Breakfast is superb, the yard is more beautiful
The landlord’s family runs it great.

This was our second time staying at the Hotel Costabella and we were absolutely thrilled. A very friendly welcome, a clean room. The room furnishings were also very modern. We immediately felt very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. Plenty of choice, and it's always replenished.
The sauna and fitness center are free to use, which we used every day. However, there was no relaxation area, which is a shame. The whirlpool unfortunately required a fee, which we also found disappointing. It would be a great alternative, especially on days when the weather isn't so great.
But otherwise, we couldn't find any complaints, and we will definitely book the hotel again when we travel to Girona. Highly recommended.

Guest UserIt's about 20 minutes away from the old town, but if you're planning a short stay, it's close to the TGV station, which is perfect. The pure white bathroom is impressive.

Tucked quietly between Girona’s medieval lanes and the river, Hotel Nord 1901 feels like a private retreat in the middle of the city. The location is perfect — everything is a short stroll away — yet the hotel itself is calm and unhurried. Our room was generous in size, thoughtfully designed, and wonderfully comfortable after long days exploring the old town. The garden courtyard and pool are a rare luxury in such a central spot, offering a peaceful pause from sightseeing. Service throughout was warm, sincere, and effortlessly professional. A beautifully run boutique hotel that balances character, comfort, and location with ease.

The soundproofing of the room is slightly worse. Fortunately, the standard of the tenants is quite high. It will not be too loud at night. The impact is not big. It is not far from the city. It is recommended to take a taxi to save legs and the price is very suitable.

The usual step of return from Portugal to Italy.Choose for location (both in the centre and the motorway), the possibility of hosting the cat(10€) and the interior garage(15€).For those like us who go back very soon, we use the The only difference between Ibis and Ibis budget is the lack of the box in the latter, but for a short stay it is not a problem.
