Highly recommend this hotel! The room is more comfortable than the picture, the space is spacious, the hygiene is particularly in place, the corners are clean, and people live at ease. The bed was very comfortable, I slept until dawn, the sound insulation effect was good, and it was quiet at night. The front desk attitude is very good, the demand is responded quickly, and the service is very intimate. The location is close to the west, the transportation is convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The overall experience is superb, the price is super high, it has been collected, will come again next time, and will recommend it to friends around you!

The room had poor soundproofing, and the noise from people in the hallway late at night was really annoying. I called the front desk twice to report it, and the security guard came upstairs to remind them to stop. The staff's service attitude was quite good. ⚠️⚠️⚠️ Please avoid room 516 in the future. The restaurant is upstairs from this room. There was a very loud noise of chairs being dragged around from just after 7 pm until 11 am. This is really a management problem for the hotel. Please consider the needs of guests and take more protective measures. I suggest installing soundproof mats on the restaurant chairs and rubber silent wheels on the food collection wheels. I didn't sleep well all night and wanted to catch up on sleep in the morning, but I couldn't fall asleep because of the noise. I was so annoyed that I checked out and left!

We stayed at this hotel for almost two weeks while visiting family back home, and we were absolutely satisfied! The cleanliness, environment, service, and facilities were all fantastic! The room was very new, with no hard-to-reach areas, and plenty of personal toiletries were provided. The cleaning ladies and the lovely receptionists were all very welcoming and helpful, always greeting us with a smile. Our only suggestion: Please make the hotel available in non-smoking rooms. The first night, the room had a slight smoky smell, which we weren't used to, but the front desk quickly arranged another room for us.

The location is in the courtyard of Magnolia. The positioning is not very accurate and easy to lead to errors. You can guide Magnolia. The room is clean and spacious, the service is very good and quiet.
