The check-in experience is very good, the hotel is quite new, the environment is quiet and clean, the front desk and cleaning service are very intimate, and there is a need to respond in time. Because I didn't have time to wash my clothes when I went out, the front desk specially washed and dried them and the service was very good. No matter where I went, the staff greeted me with a smile. The breakfast is rich in variety, and there are handmade small wontons. I am too friendly for overtime. I really feel that this hotel is very good.

Xiyang_xixiaIt’s not the first time I have stayed. This stay is really bad. The room feels wet. The bath towels have a smell. The toiletries are not complete. After saying it, I sent a toothbrush and no toothpaste. I didn’t bother to bother me in the middle of the night.

The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable and the sound insulation was good. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful and the check-in was fast. Guest UserThe twin room has two 1.5-meter-high beds, which are very comfortable and tidy. We checked in at 3 a.m., and the receptionist was still very enthusiastic. The check-in experience was very good. The hotel is located in the center of the old city, and the nearby food street is within walking distance. This will be my first choice when I visit Tianchang in the future.
