Guest User回老家走親戚，預訂了三晚兩間房，以為新開的酒店各方面都會好一些。結果一是停車費勁，衹能停在路邊有限的車位裏，如果想去隔壁地下停車場，還得現在前台交100元按金領一把鑰匙才能停到地下；二是早餐很差勁，基本上沒有什麼吃的，窗口煮麪的大姐服務特差勁，明明有一盆剛煮好的麪，她愣説沒有🙂↔️太差勁了；三是每次經過前台，前台的服務員都會喊我去登記，我在這裏連續住了三天，難道每次經過大堂都得去登記嘛？四是有次孩子帶着卡先上去了，我轉了一圈停下車之後想上樓，讓前台幫忙刷一下電梯裏的卡，答應的挺好，就是不來刷，請問你們這些服務員都沒有進行崗前培訓嘛？總之管理混亂，服務差勁，不會再來，差評

The newly opened hotel, the location is very good, just next to the scenic spot, very convenient, the environment and health are good, the facilities are simple but easy to use, the service attitude is also good, the air conditioner will be turned on in advance in cold weather, the restaurant is a bit small, and the breakfast needs to wait when there are many people.

This hotel's rooms are incredibly tidy and clean, and the bedding is very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The facilities are comprehensive and it offers excellent value for money. The staff are warm and the service is attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, and I particularly enjoyed the beautiful river views. So happy! ❤️

5分的標準是跟房價對比的，一百多的酒店這服務，衞生，各整體規格完全達到了5分的水平，酒店還有一個浴池，酒店客人可以免費使用（洗浴桑拿）。房間的床跟品都很新而且舒服，爆漿度也很好。房間很大，有窗户啊而且景色不錯，衞生間很大，淋雨，衞生間是分開的。

Guest UserThe old man at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The moving things brought to relatives needed to be frozen and the old man talked about it and immediately found a place to store them. This kind of practice of really solving problems for customers made us very touched. Looking forward to the next stay.
