The front desk clerk of the hotel is very enthusiastic and thoughtful in service. The driver who picked us up from the scenic spot was also very enthusiastic in introducing tourist hotspots. It's just that time was tight, so we stayed for two nights. Otherwise, there are many cherry blossom gardens to visit nearby. I'll stay here next time.

The room was a good size, quite spacious, with good soundproofing, making it comfortable to sleep in. I really liked the blue theme of the room. Every detail of the homestay was well managed by its owner, Sister Tian Tian, and her husband. The room was spacious and clean. Every place is decorated with care, it makes people feel a warm feeling that never leaves home. I stayed here with my parents for a few days, and we felt the warm care of the host, we could talk like friends, without restraint. Here, the cicadas are scallion, even if the sun is like fire, there is greenery to hide and cool, we are here to listen to the wind and enjoy the flowers, poetic residence. 入住以後沒過一會兒就斷電了。修好以後電視機自己莫名其妙地打開並播放了。後面去開衞生間的水是黃的。隔音也不好，一直聽到外面開關門特別響。最最最離譜的是，第二天去考完試回來，發現有人進來過我的房間，收了垃圾桶裏的垃圾。貴重物品沒有丟，但是我也沒叫打掃服務也沒喊清理。真的感覺很冒昧，一個人出門在外，住這種情況的酒店，真的覺得很沒有安全感。（而且我是花了400塊住的，應該享有該價位相匹配的服務吧）

We had a lot of luggage since we were traveling from Nanning, and there was no one to receive us or guide us — just a dark alley with no staff in sight. We had to call the number listed, and even then, the person on the call had no idea where we were supposed to check in. After some confusion, we had to walk around 200 meters to a completely different hotel’s service center just to check in. Even there, the service was terrible — the staff were casually chatting on WeChat and clearly had no clue what they were doing. We waited nearly 30 minutes before they finally said we should go to another hotel nearby. They gave us a room card and we moved all our luggage there, only to get a call saying the room was already booked for the next day — so we had to move again. Thankfully, we hadn’t unpacked yet, but it was still exhausting and unacceptable. Even basic things like water bottles weren’t available — we were told they would send a message in a WeChat group and they would deliver it to the room later. Seriously? Overall, the experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and stressful. The only positive part was the security staff — they were actually helpful and polite. Everything else? Not worth it. Chinese version for locals - 整体体验非常差。我们带着很多行李到达时，居然没有任何人接待我们。该家酒店不接受办理入住，办理入住非常混乱，我们还得走到另一家酒店的服务台，等了30分钟，工作人员却不知道该怎么操作。后来我们被安排到另一家酒店的房间，结果又打电话来说那个房间已经被别人预订了，还得再换一次。连瓶装水都没有，要在微信群里发消息才会送来。唯一好的地方就是保安很热心。不推荐入住。整体体验非常差一个度假村行的酒店管理却做得如此之差，不知道是怎么经营下来的。
