There aren't many hotels to choose from in Hezuo, and this is considered one of the best in the city. However, it had its share of problems. First, the room had a strong odor, and without air conditioning, it wasn't well-ventilated. Second, there was the issue with the water. It was the first time I'd seen a hotel costing over 500 yuan only provide four bottles of mineral water (two large and two small), with extra bottles requiring payment. Moreover, the small bottles had a strong odor; my spouse drank them and experienced vomiting and diarrhea. Thankfully, nothing else happened, and we decided not to pursue the matter further. One bright spot, though, was the hotel's beef noodles at breakfast, which were quite good and authentic.

This hotel is considered a relatively high-end hotel in Hepa City, with a high price/performance ratio and good front desk staff! The dining environment of the Chinese restaurant on the 2nd floor is quite good. There are various flavors of Cantonese, Sichuan and Hunan cuisine. The dishes are diverse and delicious. However, the only drawback is that the price is not cheap.

The location is good, close enough to walk to the northern bus station and minutes away from the Milarepa Tower by taxi. Our twin room was comfortable and clean, except for the all too common stains in the carpet. Breakfast was good enough but nothing special, there are some fruit and veggie options.

The hotel is not far from the city center. The rooms are clean and spacious. There's a large parking lot, which is super convenient. The hotel staff are warm and attentive. Our staff member on the 6th floor, Xiao Zhou, was diligent, warm, and friendly, leaving a wonderful impression on us. Highly recommended!

從攜程第一次訂酒店，也看了住客評價，最終選了市中心的這家。 設施：因為開業時間比較久，設施確實有點老舊，我房間的電話是壞的，配備的手電筒是壞的，吸氧的裝置沒有使用，晚上能聽到輕微的漏氣聲，掛衣服的衣帽鈎有一個破損的用不了，問了保潔姐姐房間電話有部分是壞的，説明已經很長時間了，既然不能用就撤掉，或者找電信人員修好，當做擺設放着萬一客人有需要使用，印象分大打折扣。這是我住的唯一一家有凈水處理的酒店，提供了直飲水，值得表揚！很多酒店衹能用提供的礦泉水燒水。 衞生：毛巾有點發灰，地毯有股説不上的味道，椅子上也有污漬，枕套也是洗的快破了，但是整體衞生很好，也做了通風，乾濕分離，並且配備了一次性馬桶套。 環境：隔音還不錯，或者説我的兩邊沒有動靜大的旅客，街邊也比較安靜，我入住是甘南的旺季，住着還是很舒適的。 服務：前台小姐姐很熱心，就是業務不夠熟練，有些問題回答的不夠準確。房間電視無法開機，用的房間電話壞的，經過手機溝通後立馬保潔姐姐來進行了調試，解決問題很迅速！ 吃飯：餐廳在六樓，這裏的飯菜還是不錯的，量很大，價格也能接受，我們四人下午餐吃了兩百，三素一葷，後面附照片。早餐很豐盛，涼菜、熱菜、水果、麪點差不多二十幾個品種，牛奶很好喝很純很香。 附加：由於我是帶殘疾人出行，感覺這方面和很多酒店一樣不夠友好，大門口的斜坡道被車位堵的死死的，輪椅進不去，負一樓的停車庫衹有靠近電梯口有一個感應燈，裏面很黑，但是有電梯可以直達樓層。 總結一下：酒店飯菜不錯，設備老舊，希望該換的換掉或者撤掉，服務人員業務有待提高，下次還會再住。希望大草原越來越好！！！
