Entering the hotel, I like this characteristic traditional courtyard very much, it is worth changing the itinerary for it.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, one guest changed, and the Caohai Wetland Park was outside the window. It was very convenient to walk and the scenery was beautiful. There is a very good dog named rhubarb in the homestay. He accompanied us to Caohai for two hours and could be rated as the best employee of the homestay. The rice noodles for breakfast are also delicious. The only downside is that the bathroom does not have dry and wet partitions, and the shower will wet the toilet.

GGuest UserThe boss and his wife are super nice. They not only picked us up at the airport but also cooked local specialties for us. The inn is very warm and comfortable, with complete facilities. There are massage chairs and tea tables in the lobby, and pomegranate, pear and peach trees planted around the yard (now they are ripe, you can pick them at will). The yard is beautiful and clean. It was a very satisfying stay. My friend and I agreed to stay at Huaxi Yazhu again when we go to Dali next time.

GGuest UserThe lady who was running the place (we think!) was quite confused about our documents and also thought we were checking out a day before we did. The location was good, quiet and peaceful with nice walks around. The rooms were a bit damp smelling. There is no door between the bathroom and the bedroom and no air con, or at least none we were made aware of - it looks beautiful inside but the damp smell was a bit yucky.
