AAnonymous UserShanghai came to travel, this dry Hefei really cost me my life, but fortunately the hotel prepared an air purifier very intimately. The atmosphere of the hotel in Vienna is a warm European feeling, with a touch of warm lights and beautiful scenery hanging on the wall. It should be Venice. I feel that I am busy and come back to remove my fatigue.
The bedding is clean and dry, very friendly for me who is a bit clean

HHuanyanIt has a good geographical environment, close to Liujiafan and Sidingshan, and also close to Zhongmiao. It is very convenient to climb Siding Mountain in the evening to watch the sunset over Pinghu Lake, go to Chaohu Lake at night to watch the lake and moonlight up close, and have a meal at Liujiafan.
The room (Tingyuxuan Family Room) is quite distinctive, imitating the Anhui architectural style. The room is large and has many windows. It would be cold in winter, but there are air conditioners and baseboard heaters. The store owner had already thoughtfully turned on the air conditioner and heater to preheat the room before check-in, so even though it was in the mountains in early spring, the room was still very warm and comfortable.
The breakfast was quite filling (each person was provided with a set of ”nine-square” snack platters, including eggs, duck eggs, sausages, whole grains, etc., and a staple food of either soup noodles or dumplings, as well as milk), but it felt like a family of three could only eat two portions.
The B&B also has surrounding projects such as a farm, a children's playground, horse riding and go-kart entertainment. The public area planning within the B&B is also relatively complete. It only takes 40 minutes to drive from Hefei city one way, which is perfect for a little relaxation.

She not only processed my check-in quickly but also proactively reminded me of the elevator location, breakfast times, and floor-specific information. Seeing me with luggage, she offered to help, maintaining a natural and sincere attitude throughout, with no pretense or perfunctory service. During my stay, I had a few questions, and whether I called or inquired in person, the front desk always responded patiently and promptly, providing clear and detailed answers. They truly considered guests' needs, handling requests efficiently and reassuringly. That kind of professional, appropriate, warm, and well-measured service is truly rare; it's not just standardized courtesy, but a genuine feeling of being 'valued and cared for.' Often, what makes a hotel memorable isn't just its decor and amenities, but the sincere kindness shared between people. The front desk team at this hotel perfectly exemplifies high-quality service, making you feel warmly welcomed as soon as you step in.
Overall, the experience was impeccable. Both the hardware standards and service details completely live up to the star rating.
