硬件設施還不錯，房間比較大，地理位置也可以，門口就是公園和一條河，房間不是很隔音，總體來説服務也還行。問題反饋：一樓大廳的保安和前台人員缺乏服務意識，像個警察，小孩在大廳彈鋼琴，保安就兇巴巴的很生硬的跟小孩説不要彈，把小孩都嚇哭了，還是在春節期間。酒店要是嫌吵就不要把鋼琴擺出來或貼個提示，什麼時間不能彈，或者讓我們把聲音彈小點也可以，相當於大廳有其他客人在説話，你們就直接讓別人不要説話了。
